I bought this shoes, and walked for 2 days when I travel. It is very comfortable when walking in it. I am size 7.5, and wide feet. These shoes fit perfectly.

I am pretty sure someone from Merrell secretly made a mold of my feet and built this shoe around them - WOW! I liked these when I first tried them on; no surprise as I have several pairs of Merrell shoes, including an older Trail Glove version. The more I wear them, the more I like them - I just ordered another pair in the same color and may order a different color soon, too. This is truly a "glove" shoe on my feet, as they perfectly cradle from heel to tip, yet aren't restrictive in the toes at all. The arch is just right for my neutral arch, too. I was curious about the one-sided "tongue", but as others noted, it prevents sliding around. They're great for semi-soft surface running (not a road shoe) and also for lifestyle/walking wear. I also like the stretchy laces; they seem to tie more securely. Seriously - give the product design team a bonus, as they don't need to make any more changes to this shoe.

Very comfortable for walking, fits a expected from previous Merrill shoe purchases, reasonable arch support.

I bought these to hike in the Panamanian jungle and they were amazing. Good grip, good support (I don't have ankle issues) hiking in forest, on boulders, large elevation changes over the 10 or so miles I hiked, and, importantly they dried fast which was really wonderful. I also really enjoy wearing them in my normal daily life back in offices and concrete. I'm considering buying a second pair while there still is a pair. For what it's worth my feet run a little narrow, I can wear cotton socks with no problem. I'm a 7.5 and bought a 7.5 and they fit great.

This shoe feels so good. It's barely there yet you have enough protection under your foot not to feel every pebble on the trail. Arch lock gives enough support for my high arched and over pronation prone feet. I like the stretchy ness in the laces and the irregular tounge doesn't irritate but rather gives a secure fit. Can't wait to run in them more! On the flip side, this shoe is definitely not for someone with flat feet

The shoe is super comfortable and unlike my Vapor Gloves, you can't feel every stone in the alley when you wear them. They feel a little odd -- like cleats, but I'm having great luck with them.

Love Merrell everything! I've never bought a bad pair of Merrells and these are no exception. It's hard to find shoes in my small size. They fit great, are comfortable and are versatile.

I love my new shoes!! I am not a hiker, so I cannot speak to their capabilities in that setting, but I am very pleased with their performance so far. I wear these in the gym and on my day to day errand runs. My only concern is the arch support. No matter the shoes I wear, I always experience some discomfort with my arches. After wearing these for extended periods of time, I sometimes feel some discomfort, which is to be expected in my case. All in all, these are great shoes.

These shoes are comfortable, stylish and easy to walk in. I have the black and I love the dark blue accents that give them versatility.

These are really cute shoes and they are just what I was looking for in terms of a minimal shoe. Unfortunately, they did not fit my difficult feet. I have narrow feet and my second toe is quite a bit longer than my big toe. Due to the shape of these shoes, my second toes hit the front of the shoe both in my normal size and in a half size larger. I would have tried a full size up except that the half size larger were already too wide for my skinny feet.

I love them! I wear them with very thin socks, even though it says "barefoot" shoe. They fit nice and snug at the ankle and arch, then open up at the toe. I am a teacher and on my feet almost all day. These are great for letting my toes move and there is no rubbing anywhere. I will be buying more of these.

LOVE these shoes. I am usually either an 8 or 8 1/2...the 8's in this style were just a tiny bit short, would have been fine for just walking but running caused my big toe to bump on the end. The 8 1/2 is roomy but not loose and fits great in the heel, no slipping. Good arch support built into the shoe as well. Highly recommend!

Love these shoes!!! Super comfortable and light. Wore them on a Trail rated “easy” in Sedona, and loved them. I wouldn’t recommend them for rockier surfaces. These are easily going to become one of my “go to” pairs. Another homer in for Merrell.

For me, these shoes are just about perfect. I use them for walking, mostly on pavement because that is what I have to walk on. They are also great on unpaved, but dry, surfaces. I have the High Rise color, which I love. They look good enough to wear in the city, though I mostly wear them around town. I have a wide front foot and narrow heel. The fit as snuggly as I want them around my foot but allow plenty of wiggle room in the toe box, without looking boxy. Previous 'barefoot' Merrells I have bought have not had room for socks, but these do. The sole is also a little more cushioned without being mushy. Best of all, the sole is designed in such a way that my feet roll heel to toe just as they should, eliminating any jolt on the heel or sense of flatness in the stride.

This is by far the most comfortable sneaker I've ever owned. They are true to size, lightweight, and just structured enough to feel sturdy, but minimal enough to make you feel like you're literally wearing a glove. I feel like I could walk for miles in these(which I have). I'll always own a pair of Trail Gloves as long as they're available.

Love them! They really fit like a glove! Toe room is ample. Compared to the Glove 3, the padding feels more substantial, particularly under the pad of the foot, which makes me very happy. Stylish, comfortable, light-weight with just the right amount of support for my taste. I intend to wear them as an everyday shoe.

These are the best running shoes ever! Had to go a half size up though. Also I have narrow feet but I think they’d be wide enough for an average width person. Makes me happy to put them on, and they are cute too.

I bought these in the black color. Note they are part deep blue as well. I have tried many minimalist shoes in the past and they had zero arch support. These shoes actually have decent arch support. They are super cute and comfortable too. I wish I had ordered one half size smaller. These are big in the toe area, but thankfully stay on well. I normally wear a 7 and ordered a 7.

My last barefoot shoes were made by another company. I decided to try Merrell this time. They are incredibly comfy. Way better than my old shoes. I am so impressed with them of how they fit SO perfectly and feel so good on my runs. Wide toe box, just enough protection against rocks and the grip really grips the ground. I can't gush enough about them. Good job Merrell.

Got these as a minimalist running shoe and love them! Very roomy in the toe box, and adjustable enough to wear with moderately thick socks in the cold.
