If you are a long distance runner that desires to feel light on your feet and quick on the trial, I suggest the Trail Glove for you. I'm a Merrell Ambassador and have happily been running in the Trail Glove for several years and find them best for when I'm pushing 10-20 miles on trail (even with rocks, sticks and spires). I did rate these lower on the comfort scale because they do not have the best arch support. If that is something you need, I would suggest looking more into the Women's Agility Synthesis Flex that has more cushion. The Trial Glove is true to it's name, it's designed to be closer to running barefoot than with a shoe and create no barrier between feeling the grip, grit and curve of the trail.

I got these shoes specifically for traveling to Cinque Terre, Italy. They are lightweight and easy to pack but best of all, they went up, down and around the rockiest trails in comfort and confidence. I hiked hundreds of kilometres and they never let me down. And, they're attractive looking so I can tour Florence in style and comfort too!

I wear these shoes at the gym and out hillwalking with the dogs. They take a little getting used to, but they are comfortable and stylish. I would like to have all the different colour schemes

I wear the barefoot from Merrel for about 8 years now and would not change it for the world. Very comfortable, cute and you almost feel like if you were barefoot. I adore it. Please, make your feet happy and buy those.

I love these shoes! I have then in 5 colors! Changing out all my old tennis shoes to these!

I bought these for a trip to Colorado/Wyoming to have something that I could wear walking on the streets and in the mountains (and not have to bring my big boots, since it wasn't a hiking exclusive trip). These fit the bill perfectly! There was zero break in time, and they're extremely comfortable and I didn't experience any annoying pokes when stepping over rocks. They're nice and grippy, and you'll get a bit of a toe workout, but they helped me feel a little more sure-footed than other shoes. I like that the tongue is sort of sewn in place so it doesn't move and get uncomfortable. I wish they came in more low key colorways (aka a true black), I'd like to have a pair I can use as everyday shoes and not feel like a dork. My feet aren't wide in the sense that I have to buy wide shoes, but are a little meatier, and I sized up have a size because I could feel the outsides of the shoe becoming uncomfortable as I walked up and down the hallway in my house trying them on.

This is my second time owning this pair of shoes. I ruined my first pair (that was already 5 yrs old) after spilling bright yellow paint on them, but was so happy to purchase another pair as I wanted to update the old ones anyways. I suffer from IT band issues, and this shoe is the only thing i've found that helps. (Other than stretching of course). So I'm very grateful for this product. Thanks, Merrell!

The shoe is very comfortable with good arch support. The size was right on compared to other Merrell shoes I own. They can be a bit on the warm side for your feet. Was able to walk all day in them right out of the box no break in required.

These are amazing shoes. These are my 2nd pair, and I am so glad that Merrill still makes them.

I love these shoes- they are so comfortable! And no blisters even from day one! They are also very lightweight.

I've owned multiples of every version of the Trail Glove, and in my opinion this is the best iteration to date. Subjectively, the toe box seems a bit smaller than the Trail Glove 3, but it is still sufficient. I've yet to take a *lengthy* run with these, but so far I'm quite pleased. I especially love the asymmetric tongue (which should eliminate the problem I had with an early version's tongue shifting I uncomfortably) and the flat tape laces.

I have been walking for exercise for 40 years. This is the most comfortable shoe I have ever worn! It is light, gives good support, was comfortable immediately. I get compliments from young and old alike on its looks!!
