The inside liner is shown as black in the picture but came as red. We were very unhappy and requestedthat a black liner be sent to us as we wanted the outside. We were told we had to send the entire coat back. The coat is still waiting for me to get to fed ex. I am a 20 yr loyal customer of TNF but this experience may make me change to a different brand. I ordered this for my husband.

My only real complaint about this coat is that liner color is bright red. The liner is not black like the website picture. Although the red is pretty awesome looking and I like it, I would prefer it to be black to soak up extra solar warmth on cold days. Had I known the product description was not accurate I would not have ordered this particular coat or from The North Face at all. Overall I was expecting better quality, and to receive what I thought I had ordered. I will never purchase NF products again.
