These are great. I use them when working in the cold. Usually when filling and shoveling my snowcat. They hold up to abuse and keep my fingers warm. The leather stretches well enough too.

I work on a farm and needed gloves that would keep my hands warm while out in the snow. These worked.
Thank you.

I'm a ski patroller at a hill with tow ropes that love to chew through gloves. I bought these gloves because of the reviews of how tough they are. Man, they did not disappoint. Barely showing any wear for work that destroyed other gloves. Leather is very high quality and will break in to be the most comfortable gloves you own. Very highly recommended!!!

Used these gloves to work construction outside in the winter in Northern Idaho. Excellent dexterity considering it's a big, insulated glove, you can actually use a tape and saw without too much hassle. Very easy to take off and put on quickly when you need to use your hands, they lasted much longer than I anticipated considering the abuse they were put through.

Bought these gloves for our icing crew at Muskegon Luge. We are constantly pulling fire hoses around, shoveling snow, building luge track and driving snowmobiles. These gloves work great for everything! Sizing is true to chart too.

These gloves are exactly what you expect an insulated leather work glove to be. Though I have had them for a year, I haven't really had the opportunity to put them through the ringer; however, I get the impression that they would hold up fine. Sizing can always be tricky with gloves and I think it is usually best to try them on before purchasing. Good for camp/yard work; keep a pair in your vehicle for winter emergencies; can also be used for skiing in moderate winter temperatures.

Great work/ski glove. Softer leather than kincos which gives you better dexterity.

I absolutely love these. Great for work in colder weather around the house or on the family farm. Much better than Kinco because they give you dexterity and for me have lasted longer splitting and staking wood or fixing fences than my former gloves.

These things are the best all around winter work/hunting/anything short of crab fishing gloves I've ever seen. They're like the glove equivalent of AK-47s or Toyota 4Runners. Seriously. Get some.

Have used the gloves extensively for the last few weeks and they have been performing well. For SAR work and trainings, they have enough dexterity for rope work incl. knots.
During ski touring my hands stayed warm and dry - I treated the gloves with sno seal when I got them. For work outdoors in the yard and around the house they work well but some activities incl. cycling put too much pressure on the bottom of the thumb along the seam.
I recommend those gloves over the Aksel 3-finger work gloves - those have either bad quality control or inexperienced tailors. The stitching looks bad and affects the shape of the glove

People are right, these gloves are warm. They're not the most stylish gloves and definitely look like the work gloves they're meant to be but for the cold Minnesota winters, they're great. Most winter gloves are really bulky and these are not super bulky but still do a pretty good job keeping my fingers from freezing. If you really want warm fingers, it's best to go with mittens with glove liners but then you give up dexterity. I'll get these again when my current pair wears out which, given the sturdy construction, might not be for a while.

My favorite gloves for many uses. They're great as every day gloves and shine when you need to get some work done on the trail.
While not waterproof they will continue to keep your hands warm while wet. The leather proves to be very durable, and will protect you from thorns, sticks and so on. I use them as a SAR responder and also as my day to day gloves in cooler weather.
I'm on my second pair (due to losing one from my first), and can say that after two years they are still like new in terms of insulation and durability.

In my experience OR does the best job by far of any of the outdoor gear manufacturers on accessories. These gloves are a case in point, super fit, warm enough and built with what seem to be too quality, durable materials. Great so far, very happy!

I love these gloves. I'm a big guy so I bought XLs and I initially I thought they were too tight but they loosened up just enough to be comfortable but not restricting. Excellent heat retention. Shoveling, working outside, dog walking. People talk about snow sports in these but I would probably be more into synthetic materials for that. Excellent quality leather. I would definitely buy them again.

I use these for work when I'm quadding in 40 degree rain. They keep my hands warm and dry all day. They were a little stiff to start- as expected with leather- but are loosening up now after a couple weeks. Great pair of gloves!
