This coat is super comfy, warm, and fashionable. I read the size chart, took my measurements, and ordered an XL. There is a little wiggle room even though my bust measurement was larger than the recommended size on the chart. AND it doesn't make you look like a rectangle, since you can cinch the bungees on the inside of the coat to get the waist to show through. I also love the faux fur lined hood and how the coat zips up pretty high so that when you have the hood up, you've got protection over your mouth and can even tuck your nose in, too. I don't even need a scarf anymore! One thing I recommend, wear a thin, long sleeve shirt under this coat because the lining will stick to you if you get sweaty and can be a bit obnoxious to take off. Overall it does the job and looks great doing it.

Absolutely love this jacket. For an XS it's still a little loose, but is great so you can layer up underneath. Love that you can unzip the inside jacket as well!

The Jacket arrived 2 days earlier than expected! Really great quality materials with lighter weight than expected. The fur on the hood detaches but does look like an add on bc of the dual coats (inner wo a hood and outer shell, which is really a fancy rain coat). The jacket has pull strings for the mid-waist sinching, which are located in the pockets! The shoulders and hip area fit a bit snug while the chest area is a bit baggie. Overall, this is a beautiful coat with so many great features.

Got this for my wife for Valentine's day. She loves it, live in CLE so needed to be warm, versatile and comfy.

This coat is really warm and functional. The thumb holes keep the sleeves from moving up. I love how warm it keeps you, but not to warm that you are sweeting. I love my coat!

Love this coat! Love how it is a little fitted to give you some shape. Very warm, but not bulky. I have longer arms and the sleeves are a nice length. Length is just below my hips, I'm 5'11".

I live in northern Michigan and this coat has served me well! It is very warm, but not too bulky. I am warm during all the hockey games and practices I attend! I am 5'7", 112# and have long arms. The chest was a little large on me, but I was able to cinch the waist with the cord located inside the pocket. The arms are long enough, although the thumb hole feature is not, which was not a deal breaker for me. I love the pockets and wish there was an inside pocket like my last Columbia coat. Overall, very happy with the quality and function of this coat!

I haven't had the jacket that long but so far I really like it. It keeps me very warm during the really cold days and I love that I have the option to use it without all the layers as a lighter jacket on the warmer days. Glad I picked this one.

I love this jacket. It looks great on and IT IS WARM. One 25 day, I only wore the inner jacket and I was sweating. Worth the money. I am very happy. I am 5'2" and 145lbs. and a large was a nice fit.

I had my eye on this coat for months but didn't want to spend as much as it cost, it finally went on sale so I bit the bullet and knowing what I know now I definitely would have spent full price on it! It's perfect for the below zero days here in SD and it's so comfortable. I'm tempted to purchase another in a different color!!

Really love this parka. Although not down filled, I find the omni heat concept very warm, and I'm often the cold one in Central NY winters. I came back to Columbia brand after trying 2 different parkas from Orvis. The metal zippers on the Orvis parkas were an epic fail and too hard to work with to be worth the expense. Alas, I am extremely happy with my Columbia Carson. I note that it runs small as I returned the XL and went with the 1X. I am a size 14, with hips, and as my use of the jacket will be on the ATV and working in the field and woods, I need it to be less than form-fitting in the hip area. Honestly, I do not notice much difference between the two in the arm length, chest width or overall length. Very happy with my purchase. Heads up - the adjustable waist is tricky to find as the toggles are inside the lined pockets!

This jacket fits me well. It's a necessary joker pattern. You can wear it to go anywhere during the fall to spring. Warm and beautiful.

I like a lot of things about this coat. I was looking for a long, cute, sturdy waterproof coat in a dark color that would keep me warm and dry in snow or freezing rain. I'm delighted I discovered this one. The cut is flattering for a petite physiqueit's long and lean, yet roomy enough to accomodate the layers of clothing I need for sub-zero temperatures (warm base layer, bulky wool sweater, big blanket scarf). I like to wear fitted coats that allow for a leaner silhouette rather than puffy coats that provide a wide marshmallow look. This coat provides that flattering cut. The removable lining also works as a great long, lean jacket, so that's a really big bonus! On top of that, the coat's sleeves are actually long enough for my long armsa feature that is usually hard for me to find. The sleeves go past my wrists and have thumb holes so there's no gap between the sleeves and my winter gloves. Plus, the charcoal gray color and the fur along the hood are cute. I haven't worn the coat in rain, wet snow or strong winds yet, so I can't vouch for how warm it is under those weather conditions. However, I felt warm when I was bundled up today and walking outdoors in -11 degrees. I'm definitely happy with the product.

I bought this jacket for our trip to Iceland and it didn't disappoint. I got snowed and rained on a few times and the jacket kept me dry and warm.....warm to the point that actually all I was wearing underneath is a base layer top. Overall I'm really happy with my purchase and can't wait to go back to Iceland!!

I love this 3in1jacket! It is very comfortable & cozy. The jacket is not "stiff" and feels great. I spend a lot of time outside for work and when I was told it was resistant to wind & rain I was sold! So far so good keeping me warm & dry in Chicago!

This coat may just change how I perceive the weather. (Cold & windy out? What cold wind?) Another design win for Columbia. : )

I love this jacket. You get two jackets. The thin puffy liner and the outer shell. Not to bulky and keeps me warm. Love that I can shed the outer layer if I get to warm.

I have zero complaints on this jacket. I love how cozy it is and it actually keeps me warm in freezing temperatures. I ordered an xl because I like things big on me. It's a bit bigger than a normal xl I think but I like it. I would recommend anyone to try this jacket.

I love this jacket, it's my new favorite. I wanted something that I could wear over a short sleeve shirt and still be warm. The length is perfect and it zips up high to keep your neck warm.

This coat is perfect for keeping warm in the Wisconsin winter. I like that the hood is removable and the the inner coat can be separated and used as a lighter coat in the Spring and Fall. The coat is black, a bit longer and hits mid-thigh which is what I was looking for. Overall very happy with this purchase.

I love this jacket. I haven't used all of its 3 parts yet. It's warm and functional. I normally wear a large in jackets but I got the xl and it's a little big in the arms but I can fit a sweatshirt under it easy. Lots of compliments on it.

The Carson pass interchange jacket is light enough to be comfortable but heavy enough to cover you in frigid weather. The double pockets are great to keep things secure. Best feature is that I have 3 coats in 1 for when the climate changes.

Love this jacket! I've been looking for an Interchange Jacket for winter and this one is perfect. It keeps me warm during cold Minnesota winters. I like the thumbholes in in the inner jacket. And the pockets are soft and deep enough too.
