I got the BEET color. In reality it looks like oxidized red or faded red, not true solid red. I like the construction, fit and design. Inner omni heat jacket attaches easily to outer jacket. I'm returning because I wanted a red winter jacket.. Bummer

The jacket was ok. I preferred the inside jacket to the outer one. It does run a little large.

I've had this for almost a month now and the zipper is becoming increasingly difficult to function already. For this price I don't think there should be any difficulties like this so I'm unfortunately returning.

I bought this to replace an old Columbia Interchange Jacket. Today is our first burst of cold weather and I'm very disappointed with how cold I felt while wearing it. Air temperature is 16 degrees and wind chill is 2 degrees so not bone chilling but cold. For comparison I switched to only the liner from my old jacket and was warmer. There are no pockets that you can put your hands in comfortably to keep them warm on the outer layer and the inner layer pockets don't zip so forget putting gloves in them without losing them. I really wanted to like this jacket as much as I did my old version, but I just can't.

Its overprice for something that isn't warm at all

I was hoping the reflective liner would make this a warm jacket but that was not the case. It's more of a padded shell jacket. Also designed for regular winter use, not a ski jacket, as it lacks a goggle mesh pouch, sleeve pockets. It is nicely made and the size was perfect (5'4, 120, size Medium)

Way too big for an extra small

I don't know what it is with the coats this year, but this is the 6th I've tried and it's another fail. Truly I do love this coat, however the fit is very odd. I'm between size measurements, so I went with a Medium (5'6 150 lbs). I'm wider through the hips/seat with average shoulders. The shoulders were INCREDIBLY snug in this, which is a problem I never have with coats. The bottom of the jacket fit perfectly across my hips and rear (usually my problem area), which means if I size up it will be huge through there. So disappointed. Otherwise a great coat.

This jacket I got over a year ago, saved money for and is not waterproof. Today as a ramp agent at CvG, 3hrs of rain my arms and back where soaked. Soaked. Not waterproof

The zipper does not work well. It takes several tries to get the zipper to work. I would have sent it back but I was desperate for a warm coat. It works well in the cold one you can finally get it zipped up.

I had to return this. The arms were narrow at the elbows, and if I wore a sweater under, it wouldn't fit. Tight when bent elbows.

Was very disappointed...not nearly as warm as expected. Looks great and is waterproof, but in the winter it's not warm enough.

It has a second lighter jacket inside which makes it bulkier... overall cute but doesn't fit...

This coat looks good but functions poorly. The first time I wore it at 37f I felt the cold while 37f is really not very cold. Rain was falling and the coat is very waterproof. The zipper failed to open so I had to climb out of the coat when I got to work. The size M fits well but with no room for a sweater underneath. (Yet Columbia size S shirts are baggy on me and size M shirts are huge.) I'm 5'5", 130 pounds.

It was fine while it lasted but the zipper broke exactly two years after purchasing it (with very light use during that time - not a lot of wet wintry conditions in NYC), and I would not recommend.

Terrible company, does not stand behind products that are barely 2 months old. Warranty not worth paper it is printed on. No customer solution after waiting on hold for over an hour. Do not buy Columbia products unless you like throwing money away.

I bought this coat to replace my 8 year old coat I purchased at a meijer. And this coat is the worst. My back shoulders and arms are absolutely freezing. Good thing I still have my old coat. I am so extremely upset with this purchase.

It was a returned product since I found a hair band in a sleeve...It's fine but the worst thing is the sewing quality is so bad so that I once doubted I received a fake one. And I understood why the previous customer returned. It's not a good time to return during this special time so okay then...Just feel very disappointing about my first purchase of Columbia.

This is my second Columbia 3-in-1 Interchange jacket. The previous one that I owned lasted 10 years and was of a much better quality. This jacket was a huge disappointment because all the material was at least half the thickness of my previous jacket. This jacket felt very skimpy and thin like a light spring jacket. The front pocket were not convenient and I would have preferred side pockets. The caramel color is considerably duller than the actual product photo. I gave it a fair rating because it is waterproof and for the length.

Not as warm when outside as everyone claims it to be but I'm sweating in the metro

This is simply about the color and not the coat itself but people should know that the black coat featured here does not exist. They told me on the phone that the black jacket pictured here with brown fur and brown zippers does not exist. You will instead receive a charcoal grey coat with grey and black fur and black zippers. I only bought this coat for the brown accents so was very disappointed in this purchase. Very careless on their part to change the coat colors but not change the picture they use to advertise it.
