it's fluffy and super warm. it's a good quality jacket and versatile to various weather. it was a little big though, even with layers under. I returned the large and am waiting for the medium to arrive.

In Chicago, we need a plethora of different coats and jackets for the varying temperatures and conditions. I was in need for a WATERPROOF coat that would work in colder conditions. Down jackets allow moisture to saturate. That just doesn't work in cold rain and wet snow. This product is exactly what is needed for colder, wet days. I would suggest this is a good coat for temperatures of 20 - 45. It wasn't incredibly warm when we had negative temperatures and wind chills ranging from 0 to -10. Extra layers may be needed is all for those days. I appreciate the option for three different jackets. The rain shell alone works for temps over 45 when it is wet outside. Water beads up and rolls off. It will not saturate as a "water-resistant" jacket does. The puffy inside layer is great to throw on top of a base layer for a cold-weather run. I have used it in 25 temps with great results. No freezing, no over-heating. This is a must-have for a Midwesterner.

I bought this coat after moving to Chicago and people told me I need a longer jacket at least one that covers my butt. This jacket with appropriate layers has kept me warm in our recent 10 degree weather and looks really cute.

The omni-heat is the best, it actually keeps me warm compared to other jackets. The interchange is great because I can change it depending on the weather. Love the thumb holes and all the pockets! Is a little bit bigger than my past size small jacket from another brand but I prefer it this way.

I was really in need of a good jacket for the winter. Typically our winters last 4 to 5 months and can easily go into -40F. The Women's Carson Pass jack is just this! I can wear both layers and still be comfortable without sweating, and not feel too bulky. And when it's the warmer fall days, the inner liner is perfect to wear by itself.

I got a M. A little bit big for me, but I was expecting that. I'm 5'2' 107 lbs. Keeps me warm. It's only 20 right now, but it's doing a good job. Enough pockets that I don't need to bring a purse.

This coat is perfect for midwest fall and winter! I received it last week just in time. I have worn it with temps in the 30s and 40s and it feels great. It is a great fit and fits even with bulky sweaters. Overall, a great purchase!

I have been looking for the perfect ski jacket for 2 years. This jacket it perfect! I got the purple color and it is beautiful, and love the fur hood. The size is perfect, large enough to fit over my hips, good length, and comfortable. I highly recommend this jacket. Also- you can unzip the inner liner for warmer ski days!

I love this coat, I live in Portland and it's not too cold yet, so I am using the liner for my day to day jacket and the waterproof coat for rainy days! Its very comfortable and looks good.

The Carson Pass Interchange coat is fantastically stylish and functional! I love that it can be worn 3 different ways, in layers or as singular layers. It provides excellent coverage too! The material moves with you. The pockets hold cold hands and needed items comfortably. Also, for as many layers as it provides, the coat is lightweight. This may actually be the 1st time I am excited about winter weather, as this year, I will be warm, thanks to this incredible coat!

This jacket is great! I love the fact that it is 3 in 1. The jacket itself is improvement over the last version I bought. I didn't like the velcro on the panel over ther zipper in the last version because the velcro caught on scarves and sweaters. I like that It is longer in the back. The interior jacket is longer also. I love the double pockets in front. It took me a minute to figure out there were 2 pockets. I thought I lost my keys but they were in the zippered part. I ordered 3 different colors and picked the blue which is beautiful! Thanks for all your great products! I am a loyal customer and appreciate the variety and the quality.

It's only September, but with early forecasts calling for a severe Midwest winter, I decided to shop early. Not finding what I wanted elsewhere, I decided to come right to the source of a well respected brand. It didn't take me long to find this Carson Pass 3 in 1. I liked all the features and decided on the black. I was highly anticipating its delivery. I am not disappointed. Color is just as shown. Within seconds of putting it on, I knew that I would be warm even in the harshest winter weather. It was TOASTY! Zipped up, it gave me a very streamlined look (which is what I was hoping for). It has just the right amount of roominess to add a layer. Well done Columbia! Hoping you will add Petite sizes to this.

Thank you Columbia. Excellent product. What more could a girl ask for....pockets, pockets, pockets. Two zippered front pockets that one can put phone, wallet, and keys. Two flap pockets for hands. One chest pocket for other stuff. The length covers just the amount you want for a mid-thigh jacket. Nice cinch waist to give a little more shape. Good hood volume, not too big, not too small. I like the way it zips up to the top and finishes off with the two buttons, gives it a little something extra. The jacket has a two-way zipper plus snaps up the front. I got the deep plum (beautiful color) in XS (my weight is about 125, approximate height 5'5"). I can layer a merino wool top and fleece vest no problem. This is a classy and functional jacket. Thanks Columbia!

This product is not overly bulky. It is a "fitted" coat. Nice quality product. I purchased it on the off season so I am unable to provide information as to warmth at this time. I can say I haven't ever had an issue staying warm in my previous Columbia coats, I have been wearing them over 30 years! I am very happy with my purchase!

Great jacket. Very warm and the waterproof feature will come in handy during wet season. I ordered a medium and it fit Okay, however I do wish it came in petite sizing as I am short (5'); I will have to have sleeves shorten. 2-way main zipper is a plus and I can see wearing the inner jacket by itself often here in Southern California. I also like that you can remove the faux fur trim on the hood, not really my style, but it is cute. Overall, of three jackets I ordered this is the one I'm keeping.

This is the dream jacket. Fulfills all 3 functions that it promises, plus it looks so nice. I bought the dark nocturnal. The color is a bit even more vivid than on the picture. Simply beautiful. Warm, water resistant, but the key is that it's light weight. I don't feel like I was in a spacesuit.

The Flint Gray is not gray but a light beige/taupe. It goes well with the olive interior and brown zipper pulls. I love the thumb holes in the sleeves (keeps the cold out) and the adjustable wrists. This is my second 3-in-1 and I hope Columbia keeps making them.

I'm really happy with this jacket. I decided on this one for several reasons, the main reason being that it is fully waterproof! I live in Portland so water resistant does me no good. The removable inner jacket is such a nice feature and although it doesn't have a hood it's perfect for those crisp, cold days where you need an extra layer but not a full jacket. The Omni-heat feature is a life saver on bitter winter days and warms you up quickly. The front pocket options are wonderful and I like that the faux fur can be taken off. I bought it in April so I have yet to test its function but I have no doubts. I bought an XS and it feels just a touch too big but I'm also quite small. I'm 5'1" 106 lbs for reference.
