Very disappointed with this jacket although it is insulated it does not keep you warm unless you wear a sweater underneath and even then if it is extremely cold it does not keep you warm. Also it should be a little longer especially if you are and older women I am petite although you do not want a jacket that is super short. I have another jacket from this company I bought years ago and the quality is much better.

Waay too small. A 2x! I usually wear an xl but ordered a 2x for roominess, but could barely zip.

These are my favorite jackets to buy but I was so disappointed this year when I purchased this in a bigger size because of all of the previous reviews and the L was much smaller than the M I bought last year is a similar style. I will be returning and looking for something else. These run REALLY small.

Unfortunately I couldn't even zip up the zipper because there seems to be a damaged straight from the factory. And the fit wasn't what I expected so it's going back.

I love this jacket. I bought it in December 2020 and wore it for one winter i love the comfy furry insides and the reflective heat. Sadly, after only wearing it for a total of maybe four months last winter, the seam in the arm has now come apart. I am past the return deadline so only got a years worth of use out of this jacket.

The zipper is terrible and gets stuck. I ordered a second jacket in the hopes that I just got a bad one but the second one arrived with exactly the same problem. I'm returning both.
