Loved the weight, length and style of this jacket so much! The fit is great. But the zipper is really poorly made, and after wearing for only a couple weeks, the stuffing is poking out and pilling up on the outside of the jacket.

Amazing jacket. So lightweight, and so warm! Love the inside sleeve with thumb-hole, an excellent feature. I'm 5'7", around 140 pounds, and a Large fits me pretty well, with a little room to spare. I'm very happy to add this to my Columbia collection. I will definitely be ordering more Columbia items in the future.

This jacket is great for Jersey winter months. Keeps the wind and cold out. I ordered mine a size larger to accomodate my bust and I still have enough room for a sweater underneath.

The jacket runs small in the hips, but arms and body are perfect for my medium size build. I am 5'5" and weigh 135, but I am not bottom heavy. When I received it I thought it was the wrong jacket because it weighed nothing and was pocket tied in the bag, but it expands. Wish pockets where lined with same material as collar, zipper could be stronger, looks and feels light weight. The jacket is easy to put on and take off and is very warm, so its a win.

This coat is the warmest and comfiest coat i have found. This is actually my third Columbia heavenly coat i have purchased. Always the same color and size,it's perfect for michigan weather.

I have this coat in Navy and searched all over for a puffer style coat in black for this winter but ended up coming back to this one for the fit. We have mild winters where I live so I didn't need a super heavy down coat. However, after wearing this for a little while I can notice some obvious differences between the one I bought at the Columbia employee store here in Oregon and the one I ordered on Zappos. I also looked at the tags and noticed the words "omni-heat" are missing on the Zappos version. The material in the hand cuff and liner in the hood also seem slightly off (cheaper quality) and all this leads me to think it is a counterfeit from China. Very frustrating for all the hassle of ordering online and having to do online returns. I've always been super happy with Zappos and their customer service and will probably still use them in the future. Just disappointed in the cheap quality from a brand that should have a consistent brand appeal. Hope the sourcing on this gets fixed.

I ordered this coat online in the color olive. I was very shocked when it came in and was more brown than green in color. In just the right light you could see a green tint but the coat that came in is not close to the color pictured online. I wish I could upload a picture so you can see the actual color before you purchase the coat. I love the fit and style of this coat so I will try to exchange it but I am disappointed in the serious color discrepancy.

After sending two coats back to other manufacturers, my daughter recommended Columbia. She even picked out the style for me. I was familiar with Columbia's reputation for quality and I loved the style of Women's Heavenly Long Hooded Jacket. I picked "Black Cherry" in medium. I was really tired of seeing the black jackets worn by everybody and this is a beautiful color -- not too flashy but elegant. Special treat is the comfort cuff with thumb holes. The wind wouldn't DARE go up my sleeves. It is very lightweight and warm. I am small and really appreciate not having the weight of a heavy coat on my back. Although I am narrow in the shoulders, these did not look out of proportion on me. I needed a medium for the extra width in the hips. I anticipate some good years and warm wearing with the coatl

This product came and was much larger than the size I ordered. Upon attempting to use the zipper, it would get caught, and would not zip. At the top on the hood, a portion was not stitched together and the inner fluff was coming out.

LOVE this jacket. The blue is a beautiful, rich, deep color with just enough of a nip at the waist to feel feminine and not boxy. I also loved the thumb holes to keep the interior in place as you put it on over other clothing and to help keep your wrists warm. The only negative for me as that I found it to run large. Even with a size M at 5'6" and 125 pounds, it was too big. I have pants with the same lining and fill as this jacket and can promise you that you will be warm. I have worn the pants at -25F with a single base layer underneath and was sufficiently warm, not toasty warm but not really feeling the chill either. I will be returning it to try the small, but would feel comfortable recommending this for anyone who wants a stylish jacket at a reasonable cost.

I am very happy with this coat! Fits perfect and even the hood is lined.This is my 4th Omni Heat purchase. I really like the fact that the coat is so lightweight and warm!

It's a cute coat but it runs too small. I am a petite person. My shoulders are very narrow. This was too tight to keep. If I ever buy Columbia again it has to be in person. At least Zappo CS is the great!

I have had 2 of the shorter Heavenly jackets and have totally loved them! Really they are so warm, as soon as I put the jacket on I feel warm, cozy and happy, despite the weather. Great features that set these jackets apart are: fuzzy warm collar liner and pocket liners; stretchy cuffs with thumbholes to keep wrists warm, and the inner silver liner that really does warm you up almost instantly. Also the fit is great! I am 5'6' and 130 lbs and a Medium is perfect. I decided to order the Long version of the jacket, and it has all the same features, plus a fuzzy (inside) warm hood, that is the perfect size - not too huge, but keeps out the elements. Love these jackets!

I love this coat! I have it in 2 different colors. I love the length of the coat and the length of the sleeves, I am 5'10" and have long arms so i was very pleased that it fit so well. I also like the 2 way zipper and the option to leave the bottom open and the top zipped. Keeps me warm in 30 degree weather, if it's colder you would need to layer underneath but still a great top layer!

This is a great fitting jacket. My daughter loved hers so much I bought one for myself!

This is my second purchase. I recently updated from another columbia jacket because I loved it so much. This jacket is warm and comfortable. It is fitted so if you want a little extra wiggle room get a size up. Excellent product!

This is a great coat. I definitely recommend. But I think the zipper could use some work.

I needed a long coat because I am always cold. And this is perfect for negative temperatures and wicked wind chill in north Dakota. I like that I can unzip from bottom up when sitting in a vehicle. By far my favorite Columbia coat. And I've been buying columbia for 25 years. thanks for this awesome product

Exactly what I was looking for in a coat for the winter! Light, covers the rear end to keep warm, and well I stay warm! Haven't had too harsh of snow yet but I'm not worried. Only thing that takes a minute is the zipper. It's feels at first like it's stuck. Don't force it! It has to click all the way and it's good to go!

I first got this coat in black in my usual size small. It fit, but with little room for layering. So I returned it for a medium that fits easily over layers of sweaters. This coat is designed to fit close to the body. It's lining reflects body heat to create warmth without weight, bulk or binding anywhere. I can move freely in any direction without restriction, while feeling warm and cozy - it's like wearing a warm hug. Although this coat is meant for activity, It's the most comfortable winter coat I've ever worn.

Very stylish and cozy. I ordered a medium but it was a little tight in the underarm area. Sent it back for a large. I am 5ft 6in and weigh 130 lbs.
