I was so glad to receive this just before the cold snap. The older I get, the less I tolerate the cold. I was able to stay warm while shoveling and walking the dog during the cold snap caused by the polar vortex. The length also kept my thighs warm and was grately appreciated.

I got this jacket last week in Rich Wine color. I wore it today in our first snow storm in New Jersey and I couldnt be happier. I care a lot about jacket looks along with functionality and warmth and this jacket met my expectations and more. Thank you Columbia!!

Love this coat. Didnt really know what I was getting, but so glad I made the purchase. Not overly puffy, and its warm and comfortable. Recommend whole heartedly!

Got this in navy and it's so stylish as well as warm. I also have the shorter Heavenly jacket and they are both great. Just wish it had a draw string on the hood, but other than that, it's perfect!

The style is nice, but my shoulders feel cold in this jacket. I have a Morning Light II, which keeps my entire body warm even after six and half years. The sleeves on this Heavenly jacket are also a bit too long.

This jacket has a fantastic style that I love; however, I have some concerns. The material struggles to withstand rain. When I was out walking my dog in the snow, I could feel the dampness soaking through. You cannot advertise it as rain-repellent because it is not. Additionally, it is prone to ripping quite easily. My jacket has also loosened significantly with wear. Given the price point, it does keep you warm if no rain or snow is falling on you. I am very disappointed because it was so expensive.

Great jacket, warm and light, nice style. Customer service is excellent . This is my very first buy but will definitely consider buying again .

Love this jacket, just replaced my black one after the zipper broke, Ive had it for years. Also have the cream colored one. Very warm & lightweight.

The color is beautiful but this coat stains so easily. It did not make it through one winter season due to unwashable stains.

Trying it on, I was disappointed that this jacket (size Medium) runs small in the hip. This model seems designed for someone thinner and more active than me -- someone not pear-shaped. My online search for a Large size in the same style was unsuccessful, so I am returning the medium.

Columbia has the worst online store. They never delivered my order and did not accept responsibility to refund my missing order!

Kind of disappointed, I was looking for a WARM winter coat. I like the color, fit, and especially the fuzzy lining of the hood, but overall this jacket is not that warm. Maybe you need to produce more body heat for that reflective lining to work well? I am perpetually cold in the winter and have poor circulation. I feel like the cold air goes right through the fabric and I am freezing cold within a couple of minutes. There is very little actual insulation in this coat. I would gladly trade a little more weight for more warmth.

I bought this 2 months ago. The black color has completely came off in several spots. There is a huge white spot on the chest from the black rubbing off. Maybe I got a faulty one but its only been washed on delicate once and it came out fine. I had this same coat for many years and bought another because I liked it so much. Very dissatisfied in it and customer service as well. I should not have to pay to ship something back that is clearly defective. I also should get an immediate replacement instead of having to wait up to 4 weeks

Love this jacket! It is so very warm but very lightweight. Great for packing for trips. It kept me very warm on several cold, windy December days/nights in NYC. We walked over 20,000 steps a day outside.

I was so excited to get this jacket. I could finally afford what I thought was a great winter coat. This is the worst coat I have ever owned, and I am 65 yrs olf. I am freezing in this coat even at 32 degrees. wind goes right thru it. I thought that the omni heat would be great. I do not recommend this coat if you need to be outside in less than 40 degrees. I will never spend this much money on a Columbia jacket again. I was warmer last year in a $30 coat I got from Costco.

Great coat, layered with a vest it is comfortable in 30 to 40F degree temperature. I'm 5'3" at 140 lbs and I got the large - it's a little loose with tights and tshirt, but perfect for layering with a vest and jeans. I'm normally a medium and even have a small Columbia ski jacket. I love the weight, the hand warmers, the length and the double zipper for sitting. The medium fit a little too tight when wearing warm clothes. I've had down coats in the past and they are good for under freezing weather. This was just perfect for my North Carolina weather, and when I hit the snow I'll layer more.

I purchased this jacket about 6-8 years ago! It is my constant go to jacket. Worn so much. I just got another compliment for it. I love the length especially with leggings. Nice and warm.

Medium fits very small. Usually wear a small or medium and this medium will not even zip. Size up. Jacket is very pretty and color is gorgeous. Tried to return for larger size and they would not match original price despite telling me they would at start of return process. Also had to pay $6 for a return label.

I should have read reviews before purchasing. Jacket came out of the wash with lots of stains on it. Almost look like grease stains, washed it twice but makes it worse. I am so disappointed, I really need a jacket and dont want to have to wait 4 weeks for a refund.

Highly recommend this long jacket (with Omni-heat in its lining). I ordered this for my sister (I already own one for myself), and my sister just fell in love with it. It was her 2024 birthday gift. Just an outstanding jacket for 30 degrees and higher. Mine is the brown color and got her the dark chalk color, I think it's called.

Love this jacket, it is exactly what i was looking for! I wanted a long warm coat that wasnt so bulky for milder days. It is thinner yet still warm enough for those days. Love that it is rain resistant and especially love the faux fur lining in the hood. The stretch cuffs with thumb holes are awesome too! As always i have to have the double zip so i can sit in the car comfortably. This definitely checked all the boxes for me. The fit is very comfortable, sleeves are not too tight and i can fit a thicker sweater underneath if i want. I purchased the medium which is my normal size. Love the Moonvista color, a nice deep burgundy/eggplant color.

Purchased this jacket during the thanksgiving black friday deals. The order was accepted, processed, and even shipped. Then BAM, it was canceled with no notice. The customer service chat doesn't work, I tried it three times. Let's see if their call-back service works. This is the worst customer service I have received in a very long time from any company.
