I liked this so much that I bought it in blue and black!

I've been wearing this coat for about a month and a half, got it to replace my mighty lite that was looking a little worn. I just spent about an hour in steady Washington rain, and my coat soaked through along the back of my neck, along my shoulders. This never happened with my Mighty Lite. Wonder if the additional seams form the fleece lined hood are to blame? In general I don't love the hood shape. But do like how warm this jacket keeps me. Like other reviewers the zipper can be tough to get started.

I love this Heavenly long hooded Jacket. Heavenly is no misnomer. I like that it keeps me warm without that bulky feel of every other winter coat I ever bought. I bought it because my daughter loves the shorter version of this coat and just bought a second one so I decided to give it a try. Glad I did. As far as the zipper issue goes, yes it is tough the first few times to get the coat to zip but that is because of the double zipper, You have to get the flat part through both completely before it zips. It became easier to do after multiple wearings and now I have no issues with it. I am glad I didn't give up based on other reviews. When this coat wears out, or maybe I lose weight (fingers crossed) I will buy this coat again. I like the longer length to keep warmer.

Not as warm as I thought and runs smaller than I thought.

I initially bought the XL as that is what I usually buy in other clothing. I found it to be slightly snug around the bust and reordered getting the XXL and it fits beautifully! The best part is the warmth without the bulk - this coat will take you into sub-zero temps and you won't get a chill. I love this coat. Well made and I've had no issues with the zipper as a few other purchasers have noted.

I love the length on this jacket! I was concerned it might not keep me warm with it being so thin but that is NOT the case! I'm 5'9" &140 lbs and I bought the medium - it gives me some room to layer underneath and I've stayed warm all day in temps below 20 degrees. I highly recommend this product!

I am in love with this jacket. The red color is great, fit is as expected (I'm 5'7", approx 130lbs, and usually a small, and the small fits perfectly), it isn't bulky, and the thumb-hole cuffs keep my wrists warm.
My only complaint is that it isn't quite as warm as I was hoping, but with a sweatshirt underneath I'm plenty toasty for all but the very coldest Maine winter days.

Length is perfect. I'm 5' 2" and 120lbs, small fits perfect. I love the color. Very warm without being bulky. It was -29 and kept me warmer then other coats I have. Receive many complements.

Perfect fit. Functional and attractive. I was wary when I opened the package because the coat is so thin without a lot of loft - - I didn't think it could be warm enough. But I live in South Dakota and it has been keeping me warm in sub-zero and single digits temps when I walk to work and walk the dog. Not sure how it would do for full days in super cold, but I'm impressed with how it performs. Great quality.

Very warm coat. Share the compliant of the zipper not functioning properly. I've been "stuck" in the jacket a couple of times.

When the zipper broke on my beloved Mighty Lite jacket I purchased this coat as a replacement with my merchandise credit. As others said, this jacket is very similar to the Mighty Lite even with some improvements. It seemed to be better quality overall, had a nice thickness/warmth from what I could tell, and the fleece hood lining was an added bonus. I am 5'9" 140 lbs athletic build with some hips. Medium Columbia usually fits me great! This jacket was simply too wide in the stomach and hip areas for my taste. Not tailored at all like the Mighty Lite. I was able to return in store no problem. This seems like a great jacket so I would recommend if you are larger in your mid section or just like extra poof on your coats!

I love this coat. It's very warm and comfortable. The fit is true to size. I always buy Columbia coats and jackets because I'm tall and the sleeves are always the perfect length. I love the added thumb holes at the end of the sleeves. They don't allow the cold to go up the sleeves. As long as you make sure both zippers are together and completely engaged when you zip it up you won't have a problem with a zipper that sticks.

Got this for my mom. She likes that it is light but keeps her warm without her having to put on too many layers under it.

This jacket is perfect. Lightweight and warm. Looks very nice except after a couple times wearing it I noticed little white strands coming out of it and if you pull them it's just keeps coming. It must be an insulation layer but since I bought the black one it's very noticeable which is why I give this Jacket 3 stars.

Zipped up on the first try. Just read the review that said both zippers must be all the way down and haven’t had any problem. Tried it out today as a test run for our trip to Salt Lake City in March. It’s 38 degrees with a very cold wind. Walked around the neighborhood for 25 minutes. I don’t like the silver lining either but no one will see it and it kept me warm. I didn’t feel cold at all and I only wore a thin blouse underneath. The hood stays put if you zip the jacket all the way up but I wish it had a pull string so you could pull it tighter to stay warm. I am 28” waist and 36” bust and 41” hips and small was perfect. I love the hand warmers as well. Overall, a great lightweight jacket!

This jacket is surprisingly warm, considering it's so lightweight (will be easy to pack and travel with). I had to return size S and get XS, which still allows me to layer underneath (I am 5'1", 113 lbs, athletic build, 34 1/2 B bra size). I tend to wear a Columbia insulated vest underneath when it's cold enough and I've been comfortable in temps as low as 28F this way. The length is perfect for my needs, however I really do wish Columbia made more petite sizes available. My only complaint is that I wish there were interior pockets.

Bought this in Malbec for a casual, around-town jacket in Anchorage when it wasn't quite cold enough to wear my ankle length "sleeping bag" coat (i.e. 15-30 deg F). It's perfect! I love the length. The sleeves are nice and long. The fleece-lined pockets and hood are a nice touch. The hood is nice and roomy too!
I'm 5'10", 140-145 lbs, and typically wear a size S in tops. Bought the S and can still wear a sweater under this.

Great jacket. Warm but lightweight. Runs small so order up a size especially if you are big chested.

Love this coat. I'm a mature woman and this was exactly what I wanted. Something longer, warm and not bulky. This coat did not disappoint. I love the color and it washes beautifully. BUY IT!

I adore this coat. I got the exact same coat about 3 or 4 years ago. It is perfect. It isn't heavy. But warm. Not for the polar express warm. And one of my favorite things about the coat is the inside zipper in the chest area that is large. I hate carrying a purse. I have my credit cards, drivers license, cash and whatever and no purse! And the half gloves that come out of the sleeves.
I live in Michigan. It gets cold here. Perfect length. Keeps your booty warm I highly recommend this coat.
