Love the length, omniheat and the warm hood. Slightly narrow in the middle-but the website did describe the coat that way. One half to 1 size up was just right.

I typically wear a size 8-10, so I ordered a size Medium in this coat and it fits perfectly, with room for a light fleece underneath. The Omni Heat lining keeps me nicely warm without a bulky coat, and it's long enough to allow me to sit on the coat when seated. There's nothing wrong with the zipper - it just takes a little breaking in period. Start the zipper as normal, if it doesn't seat all the way in, lightly tug down on the left size and up on the right size and it will click in and will zip. After a few times it will seat properly the first time.

Great jacket - have used it multiple times in the past few weeks as we have had quite a bit of snow here in the northeast. I was worried that it might be too lightweight but I need not have worried ... it is super-warm and very comfortable. Hood fits well over a knitted cap, pocket zippers are sturdy. Nice to have a double-ended zipper to open up the bottom when needed.

This was just what the "doctor ordered". It is lightweight, warm, easy to wipe down. LOVE IT

I love the jacket, I put it on and I could feel the warmth from the silver lining. However, like others, I could NOT get the zipper to work. I sadly had to return the jacket. It would be great if that can be corrected. I would buy it then.

Nice looking coat. Warm enough for Pennsylvania winters. I especially like the wrist covers that keep drafts from going up the sleeves.

I received as gift. I love it due to its warmth, comfort, and love how light it is. The only flaw is the zipper. It is a very poor quality zipper considering the quality of the jacket. It takes considerable patience and tenacity to zip!

Super cute, cozy, sleek look. I love the little thumb holes in the sleeves! It's true to size, it's just a more fitted look.

Love the fit and color, and it's perfect for walking the dogs in cold weather. The hood fits nice and close and is especially cozy in cold temps. The zipper isn't perfect, but if I take time and match it up perfectly it works fine. It has nice pockets, and I like the warmth it gives without being too bulky. If you are broad shouldered, you might want to try a different coat, but otherwise, I am very happy with this purchase and recommend it to others!

The color is amazing; so amazing I bought my mom one, too. It's great for weather in the 25 to 60 degree F range. It's great for hiking or daily wear. I just wish it came with a note on cleaning. The site has instructions, but I'd love a garment specific note with my purchase.

I bought this coat two years ago and absolutely love it. I wear it when it's 40* or above. If it's colder, I wear a heavier coat. I love the coat so much. I just ordered a second one! It'll be my back up coat! It's comfortable and cozy. I don't have any trouble with the zipper. Love everything about this coat!

I love the look of this coat. It's warm enough for most days over 0 degrees F for my short timeframes outside. I have the same coat in purple that I bought a couple uears ago. The one I just is slightly smaller though. I normally wear a S but got the XS since that's what I got the last time. I should have gotten the S this time. I would recommend purchasing your normal clothing size.

I bought this coat because I have the heavenly vest and wear it all the time. This jacket is just like the vestwith sleevesand I love it. It's warm and soft without being bulky. And I have room in the shoulders to drive, get kids in and out of the car, etc. Fits true to size and I layer underneath. It's keeping me cold in crazy Kansas winter and it looks good too. This coat is SO good.

I like it! The only thing is sizes a little bit weird. Jackets in different colors, but the same size can fit differently

Great light-weight but warm jacket. Good for in the car/grocery shopping/etc... only complaint is the zipper is finicky to get started.

I love this coat! I am a school teacher and have to stand out in the cold for car duty every day and this coat is great. It is very warm, but not bulky. I have had this coat for about 5 years and love it so much that I just bought it again. I it true to size and washes well. I just bought another one so I could change them out bc it is hard to keep one washed to wear to school during this pandemic.

This jacket is gorgeous!!! The color is spot on, the length is perfect, it is super light weight and not bulky at all plus it keeps me very warm!!! The only reason I have it 4 stars is because the zipper kind of sucks. When starting to zip I have to make sure it is aligned perfectly or it will not zip. Sometimes takes several minutes before I am able to get it to zip. Other than that this jacket is everything I hoped it would be!!!

I like that it gives me some shape. I like the full coverage and it is more beet red than bright red. The lining is rflective. I was not expecting that. We have had below zero temps and it was so warm.

This jacket is perfect. It's light weight but keeps you warm and fits perfectly. My only issue is I hate that it will unzip from the bottom because of the double zipper.

I have been a Columbia customer for about 5 years now, I gained some weight over the years so my large no longer fits with a sweater under so I moved to an XL...I felt like it was a medium. I could not believe how tight fitted the coat was. I'll put on an XL on any other brand and swim in it. Columbia really needs to make coats to their actual size.

Needed something to wear for my sons football games this coat is perfect. It has a slim fit but keeps me warm the hood comes down over my ears and has several pockets for me to store what I need without me having to carry a purse.

This is my 3rd one of these coats. So warm and light.
