Just bought a few weeks ago. Great fit (small) I'm 5'5" and 140lbs and it's perfect. Design and feel are simply amazing. Can't wait for winter here in Bellingham Wa and Mt Baker to open up to put this shell to the test!

Excellent Shell jacket that can pack small into your backpack, which is great for summer use. I got stuck in a thunder storm for hours without getting wet. I love the fit ( size L for me being 184cm ). It's a better option than the zeta for someone that want more than an emergency shell without compromising to much on the weight and packability.

I bought this today and the fit is perfect. I am 5'10" and weigh 175. I tried it on with a Patagonia Down Sweater Hoody underneath and there was plenty of room to move around. The sleeve length was perfect on me as was the waist. I love that they added pit zips to this version and the hood fits well. I haven't given it a go in the rain yet but I am sure it will perform well.

I bought this to replace my 5-year old Beta SL and could not be happier, in fact I prefer this jacket because it's a bit thicker/heavier for all-season use. Love the vents as well which were on the SL I had. Have used this jacket across snowy, rainy and windy conditions and it's fantastic!

The Beta LT is the perfect all season shell. The 3L GORE-TEX stands up to the elements and is quite durable for the light weight. The front pockets are large and conveniently placed for easy access when wearing a backpack. The hood provides full coverage and can be adjusted to move with your head and not get in the way of your vision. I use this shell mainly in the warm months so the pit-zips are a welcome addition for ventilation. It is form fitting but there is enough room to fit some layers underneath. I'm stoked on this jacket, It is always stashed in my pack on every adventure.

Bought the Beta LT a few weeks ago and like it so far. Quality jacket. The only issue I have is with the sizing. I can't quite understand why they don't list the actual measurements of each jacket size, and opt to list my body measurements with the corresponding size they recommend instead. I'm fit - 5'8" 140lbs, and the small was huge throughout. I ended up purchasing the XS, which fits well in the body with enough room to layer. I have normal arms and torso, but the sleeve and bottom length are a few inches to long compared to other XS jackets I've owned. The velcro on the cuffs and the cinch at the base help the fit, so not a big deal. I haven't used it long enough to comment on quality of the zipper, but seems fine.

Great jacket for all seasons but definitely the summer/spring/fall go to jacket for any and all sorts of inclement weather. Light, comfy fit, and nice hand pockets make this a solid technical jacket as well as an around town piece. Improved from the first Beta LT I had in terms of its waterproofness and its zippers and overall fit. Trustworthy!

I had a similar version of this jacket for several years and was ready to invest in a new one. I'm so glad I did. I rely on this coat for 4 seasons of wear - backcountry camping/hiking through spring/summer/fall, and snowboarding/cross country skiing in the winter. The zippers are even more waterproof than before, and it's still the best waterproofed coat I've owned. Love it.

I needed a new all-around shell jacket for a variety of activities (hiking, snowshoeing, mountaineering, backpacking), so I spent hours researching and kept hearing about Arc'teryx's exceptional build quality. Wow am I glad I found the Beta LT. This jacket is completely weatherproof, breathable & versatile; perfect for all-around outdoor activities! I've used it as a Ski shell on a Spring power day in Breckenridge, hiking in the rain, plus a recent summit climb on Quandary Peak. It held up in 40+mph winds, snow showers, and freezing temps (had a base layer and mid-layer underneath). The features are fantastic: pit zips are great for releasing heat when you're highly active, the hood has fantastic sight-lines even when cinched down, the cuffs are easy to adjust with gloves on, and I like the pocket zipper locations (higher than most jackets to avoid pack straps). Also, there's a little fleece patch on the backside of the top of the zipper to protect your chin/mouth (nice touch!) Overall, I'm very impressed with the performance, plus it looks great and I've received several compliments on the styling. I love the "Ignite" color, but I wish it also came in the "Dynasty" color! Either way, this jacket is hands down my new favorite piece of gear and I'm excited to take it on all my future adventures.

My Theta AR developed issues with the seam seals and Arcteryx made good on their warranty guarantee. I ordered a Beta LT to try out and it's great. I don't need the heavier materials found in my old Theta or the new Beta AR because of a change in my job where I don't lug around heavy gear in gnarly environments much anymore. I'll give this jacket five stars, but can't speak to durability yet. I'm 6'3", 200 lbs, wear a 42T suit, and have long arms. The Beta LT in size large fits me well with enough room for a reasonable winter layering. I like the storm hood as well. It would be nice to have a chest, sleeve, or inside pocket.

I nearly haven't taken it off since I've purchased it. This is my first Arcteryx jacket and it's killer! Perfect for the snowy rainy days on the mountain.

Purchased the beta LT a few months ago and definitely don't regret it. Used it throughout my trip to Utah with zero issues or complaints. More of a form fitting feel to it which I really appreciate as I'm not a fan of bulky jackets.

Lightweight, water and wind proof. Build quality is exactly as expected, first class. Having owned a Sabre N70 in vertually the same green as the Beta LT I know that the LT being N40 (now 3 layer) would be the perfect lightweight hiking jacket I wanted. More than just an emergency jacket but still light enough for a hike with confidence if the weather is changable. My only slight note is that I wish the cuff velcro system would be more robust. Its no diffent to my Sabre and has worked without flaw so far so dont get worried as its works fine. But it always feels like a weak point.

I had this jacket bought for me in February for my birthday. Having worn it a few times in unfavourable conditions I can't recommend it enough. Kept me perfectly dry and comfy in horrible cold rain.

This is my 4th Arc'teryx jacket. My 3rd as a result of 2 warranty replacements. The company has been great to work with since I got my first jacket in 2006. I love the quality and performance. I use it for everything- hiking, daily wear, snow skiing & wind. The hood & pit zips are my faves. Love that it is compatible with my ski helmet & vents well. You can't go wrong this this brand!

The versatility of the Beta LT jacket is exceptional. I use this jacket for all activities, touring, mountaineering, climbing, casual in most conditions, even in cold conditions. It keeps the weather out and breathes freely.

Bought the jacket around a month ago and not yet had proper rain to test it out fully but this is a really nice jacket, a bit of a treat for me to spend this much on a coat but it's way ahead of anything I've owned before. I've also bought a Beta AR coat and that fits under this really well for more warmth, but doesn't feel baggy without layers underneath. I'm quite fussy about a tailored-type fit and this does both jobs really well. A few comments about big sleeves...with the wrist fasteners I didn't feel this was the case in reality
