I purchased this coat for my 9 year old picky son. He LOVES it! It's so warm but not bulky at all! Great coat!

My 11 year old son loves this coat. We did buy a size up to get longer use out of it. The large size fit him perfectly but there was no room to grow. This is a warm coat which will be perfect for skiing.

Purchased this coat a few weeks ago and my son loves it. It is very lightweight but warm enough for the really cold days. I love the flexibility of the multiple layers.

The north face boundary triclimate jacket is awesome. It is three coats in one. Perfect for sledding, skiing. My son wears it to school every day. Zippers work great. My six year old zips it by himself. Super warm.

My 12 year old son asked me to look at this jacket and I said its probably going to be too expensive. But I did look at it and read the reviews and I used the sizing chart and it was perfect. I came rather quickly after I ordered and he loves it and everywhere he goes people tell him that it is a really sharp looking jacket and warm and light too not bulky at all. You know kids now a days don't want to wear a jacket half the time but he really likes this one. Picky little boy I have by the way. Thank you North Face!!!!

At first I was a little overwhelmed with the price, but after getting the actualactual coat and checking it out it was outstanding. My son a d I both agreed that it's very warm for the outdoor snow storm.

This jacket is great! The fit is accurate. It is not too bulky. It keeps you very warm and dry. Great for activities too and you don't get overheated. The liner is great by itself but the shell adds more wind/wet protection. It is well worth the price.

The coat is lightweight and very warm. I have a very tight budget and the way this coverts to a fleece and also jacket is a great value

This coat is very sharp. My 6th grader loves it. It's light weight enough that he doesn't feel so constricted and bundled up, but it's as warm of a coat as you will find. My only hope is that he doesn't grow out of it before we get to enjoy it for a year or two - boys and their growth spurts!

You can not find a better coat for warmth. My husband has had one for two years and I know how much he likes it. This one was for my 6 year old grandson, He is very happy with it. He says it keeps him warmer than his other coat. Why can't you make these for women in larger sizes like 1x or 2x. I'll bet you could sell a lot of them.

My twelve year old son says this coat keeps him warm without the discomfort of a heavy down filled coat. He swears that it is warm and he loves the removal vest. It is also water proof for those rainy and snowy days. It is also true to size and cover well below the waist for warmth. Excellent purchase.

Had this coat in all colors for my son we have passed them down to their cousins and they are still in great condition

I ordered the medium for our 9yr old who is 4'4" and 64 lbs. He's of smaller build and this should last him for this winter and next. Thanks to the Heatseeker Aero technology the coat is warm but lightweight. It's nice to have something so warm, yet not as the heavy as the old down filled ski coats.
