I was very disappointed with these shoes. My last three shoes have been Asics (My last pair was the GT2000 which I loved). There is no cushion on these shoes, and this is one of the first pair of shoes that when I run for 30 minutes, I get pain in the soles of my shoes. I am flat footed and first thought I needed better arch support so I bought a pair of Abeo sports orthotics but the foot pain persisted. If you are flat footed stay away from the Asics Kayano.?

I was hoping all the claims were not true, but it is, Asics changed something and i now have a very painful pair of over priced pieces of junk i cant return. I read alot of reviews but was hopeful when these showed up at my door that i had a decent pair, and they felt great in the house when trying them on. But when i stepped outside and went for a walk to really get the feel and then for a run today, I had to come home and take off the shoes because my feet hurt too much, way to narrow. I have worn and bought Asics, at least two pairs a year for the lat 5 years and i can no longer support this company. Something changed, the shoes got more narrow, and when buying an EE (if you can find them)runs too wide. $150 down the drain!

you ????? ????? 1 out of 5 stars. · a few seconds ago Lost cushion I faithfully buy new Kayanos every Jan. Weathered the changes through the years, but one constant was their oh so good cushion. I have on-off plantar fasciitis and these have been a lifesaver. The toe on the 24s are wider, but WHAT THE HECK HAPPENED TO THE CUSHION? I even put my one year old 23s one one foot & new 24 on the other and my 1 yr old 23s STILL had so much more foot cushion! Wore my new 24s to boot camp this am - now my feet hurt.....such a BUMMER! What next, these will not work for me.....grrr

This was my 5th pair of Ascs Gel. Each was the very top end of the line!! However this pair is being returned because the wonderful Gel feeling is gone. The hard and do not feel like the previous products! I am going to Adidas Boost!!
