Literally fits like a glove. Very lightweight, the best fitting ASICS shoe ever, and this brand has been on my feet approximately 30 years. It's even better of course to replace the paper insole with a high performance orthotic. The aesthetic is great too, which matters because except for loafing around the house, I'll wear a shoe like this every day, so I need something that's going to look business like. Thank you to all the design staff at ASICS.

I purchased these to replace a pair of Asics Gel Kinsei 6 shoes that I wore for about six months. I've been struggling with some pain in my Achilles and regardless of the various therapies I've tried, nothing was helping. Decided to replace the show with something that encouraged a slightly different foot fall. That did the trick. I've been wearing the Kayano's for about three weeks and my Achilles pain has nearly vanished and has not inhibited my running once since changing shoes. For reference, I run about 70 miles per month. I do not consider myself a runner. Over my life I've found that shoes, music, podcasts, books, location, etc. do nothing to get me in the zone that people who love to run find themselves in. Hope this helps.
