Ugly and too wide

Shame on you Zappos . Where is your quality control? The pair I was sent obviously had been worn for a while , imprint of someone’s foot was in the bed of shoe. Not acceptable!

I bought these comfort sandal for the days I do a lot of work. The style was orthopedic looking and I always have one pair for comfort. I was surprised that these shoes were uncomfortable as I was replacing my old orthopedic looking ones that wore out. My everyday work shoes, Taos and walking cradles, never looked stylish but the comfort was more important.

Huge shoe...looks clunky, heavy , difficult to put on and adjust. Have other SAS in this size and they are a good fit. Was disappointed that the ww size was too tight.

The shoes were very stiff and not as comfortable as I need.

I am returning this as it was clearly not brand new. Very disappointed. I have already packed it up so cannot send a picture but you can see when it gets back.

Appeared to be used. Color markings on the heal of one shoe. What appeared to be toe marks. Not packaged as usually from Zappos.

Felt awkward to walk in these

What happened? felt great until I stood up and put weight on them. I may have received defective shoes? I can feel a lump under the suede foot bed -bummer! Maybe too much adhesive to glue straps ? I have a pair of the SAS Sorrento sandals and they are a dream! not break in time required and have great strap adjustments, I thought these would be the same :(

I didn't even take the shoe out of the box because it was not the shoe I expected and am returning it. Thank you.

I was disappointed in these shoes. I wear an 8,5 W. and that is what I ordered. The leather was beautiful and the length was just right. The strap behind the heal and over the toes was great. BUT the strap over the arch was so short that I couldn't even buckle it. Maybe if someone has very flat feet and no arch these would work, but I have an arch and they just didn't work for me.
