Customer Reviews SAS Relaxed Comfort Sandal

This is my first pair of SAS sandals. They were comfortable right out of the box, and the three adjustable straps allow for a secure fit. My only complaint (other than the high price and faint chemical smell, which I'm sure will fade) is that the style is aging. I'm not into sparkly and shiny, or whimsical colors, and wear lots of black. The pebbled leather on the black version adds to the matronly vibe; and I would suggest that this colorway would look so much sharper, and more modern and versatile, in a matte suede. I'll keep them just to have a reliable pair of cushy sandals on hand, but I hope you'll consider my fabrication suggestion!

I have problems with my right foot after surgery in 2007. I have severe arthritis in it with 2 screws. The surgery left it in bad shape. The SAS shoe is the only shoes I can wear now.

Bought these sandals six months ago. On line. Good looking shoe. Good fit Except the sole is not comfortable. Never experienced this fault with SAS shoes in 25 years. Sorry Barbara

great shoe

I live in a condo with wood floors and need a comfortable sandal with rubber shoes to minimum walking sounds but is nice enough to wear out too. This shoe is stylish, comfortable anatomically correct. I was very disappointed however in the "snake skin" color. It is very washed out, dull, and unattractive. My first pair was the gold snakeskin pattern, anniversary edition a few years ago. It had a nice sheen and I got compliments everywhere I went. So my smile left my face when I saw the color. Needed them right away so there was no time to wait in an exchange.

I'm on my third pair. The are so soft on your feet. And they do have Arch support. I just wish they cost less.

The sandals would be more comfortable is the upper part (straps and buckles) were made of a softer material.

I really liked the unusual leather snake pattern. They were true to size and VERY comfortable.. So why did I return them? I wanted something a little less "clunky" looking.

As one of Jehovah's Witnesses I use these shoes all the time.

I have two pairs of these in brown colors. The first brown isn't made currently which is a shame as it is the best color- looks like a shoe that all ages would wear. The newer brown isn't as pretty but the shoe is still comfortable. I have bunions and wear a 6 1/2 WW which isn't always easy to find. Please lower the cost! My social security barely covers a pair, I hate to say.
