My fault. I ordered the wrong size. I am not returning them because I don't like them. When I received them I realized I have some very similar SAS shoes that I bought the end of last year....I love them. Sorry for the inconvenience.

It's often hard to find a comfortable shoe that really does look good. I loved it overall however there is at least an inch of space between the end of my heel and the back of the shoe. I did order my usual size.

The shoes are very comfortable, but I thought they made my feet look huge. They did feel great on my feet, but I'm looking for more of a feminine looking loafer to wear with slacks. Zappos service was stellar as always, but these are going back. My feet looked like two long bricks.

The length was good, but the wide width was not very wide at all. Too narrow for my feet.

The W width is still very narrow. I have to send them back.

Very comfortable and attractive shoe that is true to size but the top piece of the heel is wide.

I tried the WW because the W didn’t fit well. I walked right out of the double wide. Normally not such a hard fit but this just didn’t work.

This shoe fit like a true AAA width to me.. I wear AAAA and was hoping (based on other reviews), that it would fit narrower but alas, it it was r Too wide in the heel...otherwise very comfortable and smart style

These are really cute and comfortable, but a bit too high on the top of my foot. Almost like a bootie. I wanted more like a shoe.

This is a very attractive shoe (IMO)--I got it in blue and it's a very rich color. However, I am returning it because the sides near the back, as well as the back, are too high for my foot/ankle. I could tell after a few steps in them that they would be rubbing relentlessly in the soft area behind the ankle bone on both sides; just come up too high. But they look great!

I would say WW is not D, width perhaps I should have read it more closely. The sides of the shoe felt very stiff and didn't seem like it would relax at all. Also I thought the upper would be longer and cover more of my foot.

Felt very tight and did not love the style. The silver looks cheap.

Like the style. Its just too short.

Too wide. Nice style comfortable but foot coming out of shoe. Bought medium would have thought is wide.

I cannot comment on the fit or size since I was not able to get my feet in the shoes.
