fit was too big

too narrow and tight where it comes across so close to the ankle. not much room for extra wide..

Loved the look of the show but the sides at the ankle were too high. Got a size 9 & they were too big, got 8 1/2 too small.

These shoes were nice and wide with better than average arch support. I had to return them because they were a half size too large.

They looked great but too tight. I wish they came in a www width

This is an incredible pair of shoes. Very comfortable. The shoes felt like pajamas on your feet. However in my opinion they ran just a smidgen too short in the toe box. Thank you Zappos for your wonderful return policy. I have ordered another pair in a half size lager.

I love the look of this shoe, especially in brown. I had wanted a comfortable dress shoe and I thought this would do. It does run a little big, especially in the heel. I will be adding a pad there to help with the fit. It has a good insole but it may take some breaking in to get used to the feel of this shoe. Others take no break in time but not this shoe. I do like how the shoe looks when on so I am keeping them with the hope that the pad and after breaking in they will become a pair of shoes I love.

Really wanted to like these shoes. Loved the double width. Tried on four different sizes, but each one slipped in the heel.

I love these shoes, but the heels are too wide for me. My heels kees slipping out of the back of the shoe and I'm afraid I will walk out of them and trip. I really love the shoes and hate to return them, but I will have to.

I was sent an 11 narrow and I ordered a10-1/2 narrow, so I cannot give a fair review at this time. I returned and have reordered another 10-1/2N. I will update my review later.

I ordered the Bliss in 12 Narrow Black Leopard and 12 Slim in Black, the only color available in that size. To my surprise, the Slim width fit my foot like a glove. Although the instep and toe box has ample room, both sizes disappointed me with the heel slippage. Initially, I was going to return the 12 Narrow width, but I discovered they work quite well with a moderately thick sock. Also, I am willing to try some heel grip pads in the 12 Slim because I like the way they feel and look on my foot without having to wear socks with them. The only other problem I have is a rubbing on the inside ankle due to a slight tendency to pronate. I have remedied that with a pad on the inside of the heel and I can walk in them with no pain. The heel could use more padding, or even a padded collar. Then they would be perfect! I don't mind customizing the inside of shoes for a better fit; I'm used to it because I have long narrow feet with a low instep and arch. The Bliss is one of the better fitting shoes that I have found for my unusual foot shape and size. By the way, I decided to keep both pair. I'm impressed with the sleek look and comfortable padded footbed. I just wish there were more shoes offered in a Slim or Extra Narrow, especially for women who wear above size 10.

they are comfortable and nice style, but, the instep's hem is badly finished and hurts. I do not think I will buy this brand again.

My left foot is smaller by a half a size normally I don't have an issue, but I feel that's it slides off slightly.

Very comfortable, but the heels slip on me. I wish I could keep them; but I don't think they will stay on my heels, so I need to return. Great for someone else.
