The picture shows a fuller trench coat to keep you warm. What I received today was a thin piece of material. Too late to return for Chirstmas!!!

ordered the jacket in 2 sizes and they were two totally different materials and quality. Think one was a knockoff. Pretty unbelievable when they are selling it for $180

I bought this jacket in a large which I have in two other similar jackets that I bought in the past. This was way too tight everywhere - I couldn't sit down in it, and the fabric is so thin, it doesn't keep me warm with just a sweater. I wear my other jackets all winter here in WNC mountains. This is not the same jacket as in previous years - very disappointed.

I love this jacket BUT....every time I sat down the bottom of the zipper came undone. It is not a 2-way zipper. The only way to wear it would be with the snaps only. I like the look and feel so much, I'm almost ready to put up with that. Not sure what I'll do. Also, there is a panel the left side of the zipper sits against, it is just awkward to start the zipping. Such a shame for this coat.
