I needed 12 wide the product I received was marked size 12 but they weren't wide.. I could not wear them comfortably

I returned these sneakers because they are supposed to be a slip on design and they had laces to be tied instead. I also ordered these in a wide width and my husband couldn't even get his foot into them they were so narrow but was listed as a wide width on the box they came in. I would not purchase them if you are looking for a wide, slip on sneaker.

I purchaed ROAv tee shirt which was high on my anklebone. I spoke to a representative who suggested these. The size was correct(?) 9 2E. I could not get the shoes on. I was able to get the front of them on, but could not complety get my foot into them.

I love new balance shoes but this model is not well made. I wore them one time and much of the shoe is tattered on the sides. If I had not already ran in them once I would return them. Very cheaply made. Very disappointed in the quality.

I love New Balance, I've been running in them for 40 years. My feet are wide and I rely on them to fit. Not these, not even close. Great looking, seemly comfortable shoe. A bit nicer than Sketchers, but in this case, wide was not wide.

These shoes became my own personal puddle that travelled with me during a light drizzle. It's like they were designed to let in and retain as much rain it possibly could. The extent to which I'm not exaggerating is so bizarre it makes me doubt my own memory of the walk I miserably endured just a few moments ago. Either these shoes should be discontinued immediately or have "Summer" in their name, I don't see any other morally sound options.

False advertising and not what I expected. Returned.

I bought these sneakers fir my father as the looked to be a slip on type of shoe. He said that was not the case and he had much trouble trying to slip his feet into the shoes. We are in the process of returning the product.

I wore these shoes as simple walking shoes to work for only two nights, and was unable to run for a few days because they had messed up my shins so badly. They seemed to fit fine when I had first got them, and only began to hurt after wearing them for a bit. At that point it was obviously too late for a return, so I just want to say to be careful about buying this.

I am returning the pair of shoes so I don't have much more to say.

high arch made fit difficult. product apparently runs small.

First pair ordered was my regular size 11D. They were too short. NB said to order 1/2 size more so, ordered 11 1/2 D, now too narrow. I give up and returned all!!!!

I literally could not get my foot into the shoe. The no tongue design was not clearly depicted online. Otherwise. looks great. Unfortunately I gave them to someone who could fit in them. Not my first NB purchase, thus this purchase. Was surprised this happened. My previous purchase was a size 10.5 and fit/feel great. Also, it's annoying you so quickly discontinue and style. It would be nice to be able to come back in a year and get the shoe you like. Or at least have a recommended alternative. Instead the search simply says "not found".

I sent them back, I thought they would be an upgrade from the original, but did not like the look, fit or comfort, they suggested sizing up 1/2 a size, New Balance please bring back the originals

The shoe arrived with a small scuff mark defect on the right shoe and ran noticeably small, even though I have purchased a similar model shoe from before with the same size. I was well within the return window but after inputting my order number on the website's return page, it showed that "no returns are available at this time." Had to jump through several hurdles before finally getting the return label. It's been 10 days since I dropped off the order at UPS but still haven't received the return credit. Still holding my breath.

The heel portion has the inside ribs too low. Shoe feels like it's coming off constantly.

The extreme comfort of the sole and upper is totally lost in the binding elastic that totally cuts off the blood supply on my feet. Need this in a lace up design.

Wear mostly around the house by retired senior, in rotation with over a dozen other pairs of shoes.

Didn't fit to the size I have become used to from NB. Put them on, took them off, returned them the same day. However, I am still waiting for my refund over a week later. This experiment of ordering directly from NB failed, and I won't do it again.

I was looking for one that I bought two years ago but I think you discontinued it. It looked like this one.

After 4th or 5th wearing, the loop holding shoe lace ripped. This is very light, indoor use. Disappointing.

They did not fit properly and I was told I couldn't return them

I bought these shoes as an addition to a pair I bought in the store a few months ago. When they arrived the size was to even close to the same size shoes I previously bought at the store. Something is very wrong with NB sizing as these should have been exactly the same.

I bought these for casual wear. They were too short and narrow, even in wide. Not available in size 121/2 Wide. Gave them away.
