I wanted to love these...but sadly they are a smidge too narrow across the bridge of the foot. And I am always a B width kind of girl. They stretch when I wear them, which helps, but not enough to be the super comfy buttery shoe I thought it would be. They also do rub the back of the heel to where I’m continually readjusting them, so no ability to use for any walk longer than back and forth in the office. Super cute style but the fit is just off.

Cute shoes and the length was fine but the shoes were too wide / gaping on the sides. I have fairly long and narrow feet. Also they smelled really bad and I was worried that wouldn’t go away. The style is cute though and the leather was so soft and supple, so I wish they had worked out!

I wear a lot of Born shoes but, this style was too wide for me.

These are comfortable with a good supportive thick sole. I am usually a 9.5-10 and ordered the 9.5 as people said they ran large and it fit perfectly. They do have a slightly strong smell which I imagine would get worse if your feet heated up. Ultimately I decided I didn't like the leathery/pleathery look to them as they are a casual shoe with a more formal material, so I am returning them.

They are to narrow for me across toe and the color is baby blue which is not what I thought.

I have wanted a pair of driving mocs/loafers forever. Tried these on; fit like a glove. Then... First three steps, and my achilles was rubbed raw on one ankle. What a shame, hate to send these back but too much pain for the money :)

I have had this shoe in on back order for some time, waiting for it to come back in red. I got tired of waiting so I ordered it in tan. Big disappointment! The tan color is totally bland, so although it is a comfortable shoe and I really wanted to like it, I'm returning it and will continue to hope that it shows up in red soon so I can re-order.

Disappointed. Very poor color. Right shoe has obvious white patches showing thru the red leather. Sending back

I am a 7 in all 20 pairs of my Born shoes; but, these are huge. I am returning for a full size smaller. Also, the purple patent leather is basically white, in person. Exchanging for blue instead!

Very comfortable, but color very uneven. There is a note included with shoes saying that mottled effect is due to natural variations of the finest leather. If these shoes were "dress shoes" I'd never accept that

I felt this were a very nice looking pair of shoes, well made, but fit very small both in length and width. I also agree with other reviews that they came up high on the back and hurt my heel.

I was so excited to find these as I have two pairs of Born driving shoes from 10 years ago that are finally wearing out. Unfortunately the two pair I received today were so narrow that I must return them. And going up a half size will not work. Very disappointed. My search continues.

I am very disappointed in these shoes. Out of the box they were pretty good. But you soon realize these shoes offer no support. None Zip. Nada. They stretched out so much that it is unsafe for me to wear these even around the house. Normally Börn makes a great-fitting shoe. I'm upset with myself that I bought two pair and am unable to return because I wore them enough times to give them a chance

First, I love Zappos and how they stand behind their products. This is a beautiful shoe: soft, supportive, stylish, and functional. BUT...the light tan color I bought literally stinks. I tried a leather refresh spray, airing them out, and only wearing them with linings. I have had them for almost 3 months and when I wore them to work yesterday, someone asked if anyone smelled ‘burning’-hahahaha! It was then I knew these were not my forever shoes. Again, Zappos made it right like they always will. Bot sure if it is specific to the color I bought or...? But if you try a pair and they stink at first, just know it probably won’t get any better so you might want to return/exchange.

So disappointed! Ordered two pair of these mocs and thought they would stretch to fit. After wearing both pairs for over a month, they are still incredibly tight in the width. I do not have wide feet and always take a "medium" width shoe, but these felt like "narrow" width mocs to me. So uncomfortable! Wish I had not counted on them stretching as I cannot return them now. Sigh.

Owww. I’ve been wearing this for several days already. The first two days, I felt like I was going to pass out from the pain of it digging into the back of my foot as I walk as much as I do. The next two days, I dreaded putting it on and pushed off some errands from the pain. I took a break over the weekend and put them on again today. I’m still limping a bit but I can breathe so I guess it’s getting better. It’s so frustrating when shoes are like this. So painful for so long until you break into them. And once worn, they cannot be returned. And, they’re expensive.

So cute but narrow.

I bought these shoes in black and loved them so much that I ordered them in TAN. The shoes are very comfortable and charming, but they smell terrible. It smells as if the leather had been treated with some sort of chemical. I first did not notice it but the smell became so intense that I had to return them. Such a pity. I called Zappos and let them know about the problem. Their customer service was excellent!

The shoes are beautiful, but I have to return them. There is no support very little arch & they gap on the sides while walking. Don't think I could wear these for more than a house slipper.
