Style is adorable, but the back is very high and rubs my heel where I must wear a Band-Aid or find an old-fashioned cobbler to build an insert that can't be seen. If not, I will have blisters forever from $100 shoes. I'm very disappointed in that, and did not discover until I had worn them and could not return.

I absolutely LOVED these shoes until after 2 hours wear . . . the leather had a nauseating odor. I've purchased several pairs of Born shoes. They're one of my favorite brands and I won't give up, but there was definitely something "off" in the leather. They also turned my feet black when worn barefoot. Had to return.

These are nice shoes, but the leather quickly took on more of that "worn" look than I would have liked. I already threw out the box, otherwise I probably would have returned them because they just really have started to show a lot of wear after just a few times being worn. They are however extremely comfortable.

I love these shoes. Soft leather; so comfortable. Great looking, also. I bought two pairs of this shoe: in tan and in black. After reading reviews, I ordered 1/2 size down. I usually order 71/2 ( because of my bunions) but I ordered each pair in a 7 and they fit wonderfully. I love these shoes.

I love these shoes and want to make them work so badly. Unfortunately, the shoes stink so bad. Wore them once and couldn't stand the awful smell.

Bought these in red in a size 8.5 after reading the reviews (I usually wear a size 9.) The leather is soft and very comfortable. Although the back is a little high, I did not find it irritating. Wore these shoes for grocery shopping right out of the box and had no discomfort at all. Wore them to walk through airports twice (quite a hike between gates) and my feet were totally comfortable. No sore spots. I would highly recommend these shoes. I wish they had just a little more arch support.

A little disappointed for the first time in a decade... I feel like was sent used/worn shoes! Also the color was deeper than expected. No packaging except singular tissue wrapping them, nothing else. Shoe glue is visible, worn marks on the fabric, overall looked like a garage sale shoe. Not like Zappos to do this. Bummer.

Love these! Soft and supple, not bulky at all. A slim take on the classic penny loafer. My only complaint is that the "penny compartment" isn't sealed, so one cannot actually put a coin the the slot and have it stay there.

These shoes are gorgeous! I purchased the pink colour and I think I will purchase some black ones too. They are comfortable from the start like the other Born shoes I have. I usually wear a 9.5 but the 9 in these shoes fits me so they run about a half size large.

These are very cute and they go well with jeans. They did seem to run a little bit large. I usually were a 6 1/2 or a 7 but ended up with a 6

I loved these shoes until two months after spending $95 on them they are starting to come apart. I'm very disappointed in the quality and expect more from Born shoes.

I put them on, took them off, and immediately sprayed with leather protector. I knew in an instant they were "keepers". Soft leather. The tan/cognac color was exactly as expected. I usually wear a size 6, 6.5, or 7, depending on the style of shoe. I ordered 6.5, and they are perfect. Now considering ordering in the taupe.

The leather is soft, the color is bold, a happier customer you'll never behold.

I ordered these to replace two pair of Born loafers I've worn for years, thinking they were the same. But they turned out to be are considerably longer (I compared the new and old) and a bit different in style. The toe is narrower and more pointed as well. Sadly, I had to return them.

I have five pairs of these, so not quite every color they come in. One of the most comfortable shoes I own, and comfy with or without socks. I wear one pair or another every day to work, and out into the world on the weekends. I love the look, but the comfort is amazing.

Love these shoes and very comfortable!!! I have 3 other pairs of this same shoe and they are extremly comfortable! You will have to buy a half size smaller in the black patent leather shoe. The other colors fit in my regular size. I have issues with my feet and I can wear these all day!

I unexpectedly love these shoes!! Great little everyday shoe, soft leather, very comfortable. Not a lot of arch support, so I wouldn't wear these if I were out walking ALL day, but overall I would definitely buy them again, and probably will!

Love these! I’m a teacher, so comfort is key! I saw these on a coworker and ordered a pair. Slipped them right in with no breaking in. The leather is buttery soft - it’s like wearing slippers!

I have owned several pairs of Born loafers and they last a long time. Very comfortable and good on the feet. First time buyer for this style.

Finally! A loafer with style AND comfort

The shoe is awesom. This particular - full grain tan - was nothing like the photo. Instead the color is a flat light cardboard brown. No grain at all. I shall return this item but will be ordering a replacement of a different color.

Looks great but they are bigger than a typical size 8.

Born is the best brand for my feet. I've always worn a 7.5 in Born heels. Thanks to other reviewers I ordered this in both 7 and 7.5. Sure enough the 7 fit me better. Nice shoe as one would expect from Born.

Really love this shoe. I'm a 7.5 and that size fit perfectly. These shoes are so comfortable I find myself wearing them around the house like houseshoes.
