This shoe felt true to size, but the toe box was too tight. My toes were squeezed uncomfortably.

These shoes are very cute and very soft and comfy. However, no option was available on Zappos to order a wide. I tried a one size for my daughter, returned it, and then tried the next size up, but the bigger size just slips off her heel, while her toes can’t get into the end. She wears a 7 or 7.5, so her feet aren’t particularly large. I so wish the regular had worked, and also wish Zappos had offered the wide!

Love the shoe and how it looks, but it was a half size smaller than what I normally wear

I love the way these look. I marked them down a star because I haven't actually been able to wear them yet because they rub the back of my heels so bad. I'm trying to ease into them and hope to wear them really soon. They are very polished and nice quality leather.

While this is a nice-looking shoe, it was so short and so narrow for my foot that I could not even get it on my foot. I traditionally wear an 8M, occasionally an 8 1/2. I don't even think an 8 1/2 would be big enough, and I would definitely need a wide width. And there did not seem to be a lot of arch support either. While the shoe does resemble the photo in style and color, I would prefer a more substantial shoe, like a Bass Weejun. These are definitely going back.

The shoes are awesome. They are extremely comfortable. Due to other reviews, I ordered a half size smaller than usual and the shoes fit perfectly. The only tiny issue is one of the shoes rubbed my heel on the first wear. Other than that, I love them.

Very cute and comfortable shoe, but just a bit too large. My heel slipped out as I walked. I love Born, but I must return them.

Very cute shoe and color! I got the blue which is close to the color in the image. The size reviews were confusing for me because I always wear a half size smaller in Born than most other brands. That turned out to be the case for these shoes as well. The insole is well padded and the shoe has a slightly padded arch. They are very comfortable in the short run -- but I probably will wear them less than I'd like because my flat feet need more support than these provide.

A nice looking driving moc. Seems to run a bit narrow in the toe box, so I've had to wear heavy socks with them in the house to try to stretch them before wearing out.

I bought three pairs of the same exact shoe in size 6.5 - two Black and one Blue . The Blue and one of the Black fit true to size. The second Black shoe is larger more like a size 6.5 or 7 so I am returning it.

I liked these shoes, but I could not wear them without my orthotics. They would have worked ok with the orthotics but some of the others I ordered worked better with and without the orthotics than these. These are going back.

I returned these--I followed the recommendation of purchasing 1/2 size smaller, but the shoes were too short and tight. I felt that going up 1/2 size to my normal size would not work, so I returned them. I also purchased the Born Magnolia driving moccasin, and they fit fantastic and looked great! These had a little more width--and I was able to purchase my usual size. Still love Born!

I really wanted a good shoe for work as I’m on my feet most of the day. However the back of the shoe gave me blisters on the back of my ankle as well as causing blisters and rubbing across my big toe. Pictures of the shoe looked better on the internet than in person. Unfortunately this shoe is a no go for me.

I normally wear a 6.5 or 7, but I ordered the 6 because I have another pair of shoes of the same brand which are size 6; also, because other reviewers noted that they ran small. Alas, the shoes have rather thin soles and are not supportive enough for long term wearing , such as lots of walking on vacation, so I have to return them. They are cute, and flattering on your feet.

Very comfortable right out of the box. Comfortable all day at work. Not very flattering though. Almost too plane looking.

This shoe looked way too wide on my size 11 foot. Looked like a slipper. The patent leather also made the shoe squeak a bit whenever I took a step.

The shoe was cute and comfortable with lots of cushion. But there was one major problem. You can feel the stitching on the inside of the shoe on the top of your foot. Had to send them back.

Great style, looks nice, but as others have noted, the back is too high and can sometime result in a sharp pain through the Achilles area. Ouch! But I still wear them every day, especially when I know (or at least think) I don't need to be walking quickly, since that's when it usually hurts.

Great shoe but the 11 was about 1/2 size too big. I wish Born would offer size 10.5. I had to return these.

I have several other Born shoes and have never had problems with any of them. This style, however, was an immediate return. The back of the shoe is too high and rubs agains my heel.

I got the navy suede loafers and they were a very pretty color. I have a slightly wider toe box and it looked like the shoe just accommodated it. The one issue is that the shoe was longer and had a bit of a taper along the front, which made the shoe appear longer and it felt like my foot would slide even more as the shoe stretched. I wear a size 11 so going down a half size wasn't an option.

I love Børn shoes and have several pairs that I’ve had for years. These are comfortable out of the box for the most part. Two things that will take some getting used to: there is almost no arch support and the back is very stiff and comes up very high on my heel/ankle. For the arch support, there isn’t a whole lot I can do as there isn’t enough room to add additional support and the insoles are NOT removable. For the heels, I think it’s just gonna take some wear and some blisters to soften them up.

I wanted them because they a were soft and fit in length, but was afraid the width wouldn't stretch out. Too expensive to take a chance .
