I have used this in heavy rain and stayed completely dry. It is very breathable and light weight. It does not get too hot but is not designed for cold weather.

I use this project for every day use to keep dry as opposed to using an umbrella. Great jacket especially for my travels as it is lightweight, durable and easy to pack.

Bought this jacket for my husband. So glad I chose this one. It is perfect for all the rain we have had this summer - and all that is to come as our fall is usually wet also. He mainly uses it for work as he is on the road with multiple stop on the way. He needs to look nice and stay dry this one does the job.

My momma got me this jacket for my camping trip to the Great Smoky Moutains and it was perfect. We stayed at Deep Creek, Balsam Mt, and Big Creek campgrounds. It was pouring rain at Balsam Mt but this jacket kept me totally dry!

Had another jacket like this only gray. Enjoyed it very much . Sent back for warranty repairs.couldn't be repaired so I used gift card to replace. Great jacket

If you need a stylish jacket for the rain, this is it. Chose the bold red just to be different and I love it

First off I love North Face because of their warranty. My husband and I have had 3 coats that we've had for years and had to turn in for warranty work and the coats were either fixed or replaced. North face couldn't repair a raincoat so we got a credit from them and used it for this coat. It's great quality, lightweight and keeps me dry. I won't choose another brand for my outwear again because of the high quality and that North Face stands behind its products.

This jacket is perfect for everything from a wet hike to just cruising around town. It packs down small and is super light, so throwing it in a bag is a no brainer. It's the perfect all around rain jacket.

I fish several times a year in northern Ontario Canada and this jacket is the only rain gear I need it works great

It's for rainy season and the best feature is both sides armpit zippers, in hot weather rain ( especially in Florida) that provides good ventilation.

Perfect jacket to commute in.. keeps you dry in the rain, but not hot in the subway.. got to love that... looks good and can fold into a small square for easy storage on business trips.

I use this product whenever it is wet out and for my sporting needs. It keeps me dry and is very lightweight, so it doesn't get in the way of any of my activities. Apart from being comfortable, it is also very stylish. It fits just how I thought it would. I will definitely buy another in the future, for myself or as a gift for a friend.

Whenever I'm outside and it is rainy/windy, I'll have this with me for sure. It is a hard shell, so it requires layers under it if I'm in colder weather < 45 F. Be sure to size up if you'll be wearing multiple layers underneath.

This rain jacket is amazing this is my 2nd rain jacket!! Really love the product recommend buying this for yourself or for a gift you/they would love it truly! Also easy to store pocket turns into a pouch!!

Great jacket and great price! I got it on sale! It is perfect for a light rain, or just when you need a windbreaker. My husband usually wears a large, and this is a large and fits great.

Took on Alaskan trip. Didn't want a heavy coat but wanted something that was waterproof and wind proof. Worked perfectly.
