This is a jacket I have purchased over and over again as presents for people in my life. This one is for my 15 year old grandson who hates jackets. I purchased it with the idea that he could wear it over a sports jersey if the weather changes--he walks to and from school. I hope this works as well for him as it does for me when I travel.

great for hiking and layering

Can be used as a shell on layered fleece. Size S is still looks good for an average 5'7" tall person.

Best Christmas gift ever

My fiance bought me this jacket for Christmas and I've always wanted one but never seemed to pull the cord. It is everything I've ever wanted and will get a ton of use.

Bought this for my sons and they just love it. They said it works perfectly for them at night in the cold. They work at a winery and do hospitality and events.

I bough this jacket for skiing but it's so comfortable and versatile that I can wear it pretty much for any outdoor activities. It's waterproof and probably stain proof because I accidentally spilled cocacola on it, and I don't see any stains. Great product!

A year ago I bought the Resolve 2 jacket and used it so much I had to get a similar one but in a different color. This time I went for the Venture 2. Both are equally water proof. The Venture feels like it's more oriented towards hiking and trail use and the Resolve is a little bit more casual. But don't get me wrong both jackets are equally capable and comfortable. I always carry one with me meanwhile commuting in the city and whenever I go camping, hiking or mountain biking and even sailing a couple of times. I live in Costa Rica and it is the perfect all rounder jacket for the tropics because it maintains you warm but it's breathable. I have used it while traveling to colder places and used it as the outside layer and it has been much better than using a coat.

This product was worth every penny, and I would love to buy another jacket soon.

I walk my dog about 6 times a day in the Seattle rain. Forget items that are "water repellant" or "water resistant"--they eventually get wet. This jacket is WATER PROOF. What I needed and what I wanted. An added feature is that it really diminishes the effect of the wind. And it looks good too. Gotten a lot of compliments.
