Got it on last month and have been putting it to work have worn it in the rain with no rain getting inside and also in the sun without getting too hot.

This jacket is a good quality wind and water proof product. It is ideal for layering with warm materials underneath and is easily folded into a small packable volume. I found the fit somewhat large, but once I added layers underneath it was perfect.

Can be an everyday jacket. Looks great

Rain and snow running.

I use the jacket casually for the most part, often layering it with a sweatshirt/hoodie. It's very good at protecting me from the wind, because I run frequently outside and it gets very windy, so that helps. Also, this jacket is very waterproof, so much that I would rather use the jacket to keep my dry than to use an umbrella. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who's looking for a windbreaker/rain jacket.

Gifted this to my boyfriend and he loved it! This is a lightweight yet comfortable jacket to wear, especially if it is raining. There's not much warmth to it though, so definitely layer it with a jacket.

All good and no negative

I really like this product. I moved to norcal from socal and this is the only thing keeping me dry. The price is reasonably cheap for what you get.

I simply enjoy, if not love, this fine raincoat. This is my second one, which I received due to exercising the warranty on my original raincoat. It is super lightweight, which is great for traveling and packing in minimal luggage space. It is stylish, I only wish the color of my original one purchased in 2011 was still available; that was green.

This jacket make its job with a budget price. I used it several times and never has been wet, great breathability, lightweight and great look. The new venture 2 have more options in color combinations.

Everyday causal or sports jacket

First trip out was to the Sierras as an exterior layer with wind and rain. Outstanding performance, I was warm and dry. The first day I was a little cool until I realized I had the "pit" zippers open. Thumbs up on ventilation factor. I originally bought a large thinking I needed it for layering and it was way big. The medium was true to size for layering and I wear it just as a shell in the rain in So Cal. Dry but not sweaty. I should've went with their sizing recommendations to begin with. North Face makes great products, I'm a believer and have drank the kool aid. ;)

I already own a venture jacket from last year, this year was no different. I live in California so the temps don't get too cold here , I'm an avid runner so during winter it's gets to be about 30 degrees Fahrenheit . With or without a sweatshirt I can run with this jacket, it does an EXCELLENT job of blocking wind and keeping heat in. Durable and built to last . 5stars.
