These are fantastic! I have wide feet and have a hard time finding shoes that are cute and comfortable. These are both! There's a little lift in the back and they feel like butter right from the get go. I'm a NYC elementary teacher so I walk a lot and am on feet. These are so comfortable. I can be fine all day in them. The pewter color is such a fun neutral (I'm usually a sucker for black). I highly recommend these shoes.

My shoe size is 9 and I got the 39. My arch is very high - empire state building high, with the rise beginning at the base of the big toe. Many shoes cut into the arch area in a painful way. This shoe is perfectly engineered for a foot like mine. I expect to put a lot of miles on these shoes. They are stylish and utilitarian at the same time - not an easy combination. The foot bed is especially comfortable. The color I got is plum. It is very much an eggplant color, and goes especially well with celery green, black, charcoal, indigo, and shades of red. Works with my black night club dress and my indigo blue jeans. What more could you want?

This is THE MOST COMFORTABLE SHOE I HAVE EVER OWNED - bar none - even Skechers!!!! I had never even considered this line of shoes, but someone recommended I try them out. I have this color and the black. If Dansko would use the exact same construction for a closed toe shoe, I'm SURE I would snap those up as well! I wear either this shoe or the black pair every day to work. I get lots of compliments on them. I have Plantar Fasciitis and I've also had Achilles Tendon surgery. For anyone out there with foot issues, you HAVE TO BUY THESE.

This is a really nice shoe; it runs short and narrow; if you are are true size 12 then you will need a 43 in dansko; Unfortunately Zappos didn't offer this size and I had to get it elsewhere; I was willing to wait until it was available from Zappos but a 43 was not even an option

Fit is perfect. Chose bronze... they go with everything. I put these on straight out of the box in the morning and wore them all day long. That comfortable. The cut on these is quite graceful: they cover most of your toes (peekaboo toe opening), so if you haven't kept up your pedicure, it won't be obvious. I don't feel at all frumpy in these. I have a surgically fused great toe on one foot, so a rigid sole is essential. These work. Best sandals I've found this summer for style, comfort and all day wear ability.

This shoe is extraordinarily comfortable except for the fact that the 'toe box' area is way too big for my foot. I wear a 7.5 M and my toes are swimming in them. Sadly, I will have to return them. The actual length of the shoe seemed true to size, they were just very wide.

I so wish this shoe would have worked! I've had surgery on my ankle and my Arch has fallen on one foot. The shoe fit great on one foot not the other, my fallen arch rubbed too much :-(. The packaging was amazing, each shoe had its own plastic slip. I wish all the other shoemakers would realize that the shoes come with rubbing marks from Shipping if they don't protect them. The leather superb.

I love this shoe. The fit is great, it feels good on and looks cute. I wear a lot of Danskos. However, the color on the right heel has already worn off from driving. I don't drive that much and I haven't worn them that often. I am terribly disappointed. I wanted to get in different colors, but not with the color rubbing off so fast.

I was looking for a comfortable yet stylish shoe. I’m an athletic, hip, woman of an age and carefully choose fashion trends. This looked like an old lady shoe. It was well made and comfortable so if fashion trends are not important to you, it would be a great shoe.

I bought these in the cream color and also love the blue and red. They are very light for Dansko and SO comfortable. I have high arches and need excellent support, and these do the trick. The shoe is fine with capris and jeans or sun dresses. Great shoes!

This shoe is just what I was looking for,something a little more dressy than my clog and clog-like Dansko's ( which I love), a shoe that wouldn't pinch my little toe or irritate my chronic corn. Attractive on my foot, sufficient arch support and very comfortable. I think I'll be able to wear these year round. I wear a size 10M but feel most comfortable in a size 41 Dansko.

These sandals are awesome!! I bought them last summer after trying many sandals on (Thank you for your wonderful return policy, Zappos). These are so comfortable that I actually look forward to putting them on and the cork bottom feels really good on my feet. They are easy to walk in and I am thinking of getting another pair in one of the new cute colors, this summer! Dansko is my favorite brand and their shoes fit really well with great arch support, plenty of room for my toes to spread out and not be squished, and nice, stylish designs.

Easy fit. These are wider in the toe, which I liked. Good height for a tall person! I am a teacher and wore these for 12 hrs straight today. Slight rubbing on the spot where toe peeks out. But overall happy with purchase. Comfortable, cute, and easy to wear.

They don't fit too loose too long, too wide. There is no arch support, doesn't seem like a dansko shoe

I love these! My first pair of Danskos and I'm hooked. I bought these as an around-the-world travel shoe. I wanted to look cute and be comfortable. I have been wearing these so far 6-months straight and they have little to no wear, scuffs or dings. I LOVE THESE. My knee problems have been alleviated because of the arch support and cushion.

I LOVE this shoe! I have very high arches and the support is great. I bought the cream color and wore them all day, on my feet, the first day I had them. They are soft and much lighter weight than many Danskos. I wear an 8 1/2 and usually wear a 39 in European sizes (like Birks). The 39 in this shoe is just a bit big, but I tried the 38 and it was too short. So there's a little extra room, but it doesn't affect the comfort level at all. Wish I'd have purchased these in the red as well. Great shoe!

Wanted to love these - but they were too big! I normally wear an 8.5 / 39. 39 was too big. Seemed like they would have been comfortable otherwise.

This shoe is comfortable and stylish and perfect, except the heel is too wide for my foot. I was so terribly disappointed, and tried to figure out how I could tighten it...but, it is not to be. If you don't have a narrow heel, this should work for you. I fell in love with it for the comfort right away. It was exactly what I was looking for, and did not realize that Dansko had such great shoes and wonderful arch supports. I have problem feet, and if not for the heel...they were just wonderful.

Seriously!!!!!! I love these sandals. The day I received them I wore them on my typical 3 mile walk with my puppy. Absolutely no problems with blisters or support issues. I am a jeans n T-shirt wearing person, but these are so nice looking that it steps my usual attire up a few notches. I got a size 40 and they fit perfectly. Great support, soft inners and NO rubbing around the ankle. I am getting another color if they are still available. Definitely worth the $. :)

The Dansko "Vera" is a lovely Sandal. I bought it in the Burnished Black color, and am pretty sure I will purchase another color as well. What I like the most about this style is that the toe opening is smaller and your toes don't hang out, which is a look that I don't find attractive or comfortable. It also is a sandal that can go with casual or dressier looks. The strap fits comfortably. Definitely a good purchase.

I adore this shoe! I have the Dansko Vera in the plum nubuck. Not only are they very comfortable, I think they are super cute. I've gotten many compliments on them and women asking where I got them. I wear a 7 1/2, and the 38 fit great. They have great arch support and give a little lift with the heel. They aren't clunky looking as many Dansko shoes are. I'm on my feet most of the day and these make my feet vey happy.

I love this sandal for comfort, style. And flexibility. I wore my plum pair all over in Europe and purchased the red pair as soon as I returned!

These are comfy and stylish. I ordered the pewter color which I like. I'm very satisfied with these sandals.

Loved these shoes, but unfortunately the 5.5-6 was too big and there is not a smaller size. I usually wear a 6 and was bummed they did not fit as they are comfy and perfect for almost every occasion.
