I play a lot of disc golf, several rounds a week, and these are my go to shoes. My 2s got me through two full seasons with a few miles of hiking thrown in. The shoes are still in great shape, I've just worn a hole through the sole by my big toe. I just got some Moab 3s to replace my old 2s. I'm excited to see where my Moab 3s take me! If you're looking for a great hiking or disc golf shoe, look no further!!!

I am used to bigger, heavier boots in a mid to tall height, so these are very nice to move around in on trails. With that said, they are still comfortably ridged and feel heavy duty and supportive. Comfortable out of the box with almost no break in and no blisters or discomfort on the trails. The sole has great grip and I didn't feel any rocks under my feet while hiking. Good ventilation, my feet were not sweating. Used them in Zion Utah and my local area. Not a super light trail runner, but was lighter than what I'm used to.

Very comfortable grear for hiking, walking and work. This is the 5th pair of Merrill shoes that i have purchased. Long lasting and durable also.

I wear a Size 10.5 street shoe, but a Size 11 in a tennis shoe. I have to buy tennis shoes with a wide toe box. I tried several other hiking shoes in a normal medium width, but they cramped my forefoot. The Moab 2 Ventilator in the Size 11 WIDE width works for me.

They took me through the Black Hills without a bruise, blister or sprain. They, and the Black Hills, were magnificent.

A good fit and great grip. I got these for a summer hiking trip in Alaska and they did great on wet and slick trails.

Comfortable fit, slides on and off easily without unlacing and feet never are tried after a long walk. Thanks

I love these so much I buy ahead and keep several pairs in boxes so that if for some crazy reason, they stop making them, I have a supply well into the future. The arch is perfect, soles give good grip.

I have worn regular width shoes for years. But, I have found that as I have gotten older, my feet have changed and were no longer as comfortable. Especially after being on my feet for a while, they swell and then feel cramped. These wide width MOABs have taken care of those problems. They fit well - a bit of extra room all around, so plenty of room for liners and thicker hiking socks. But the wide toe box is really great for me! Great shoes!

These were much higher quality shoes than I expected. They're comfortable on long hikes and for wearing around the house. Very nice shoes.

I needed a pair of shoes in the wide width in size 15. Nothing was available so I settled for a pair of the size 14 Moab 2's.

I'm 61 and have owned dozens of hiking shoes/boots over the years, and the Merrill Moab 2 Ventilators have been my favorites thus far. I have them in both low and mid rise. They are comfortable right out of the box, and give me the support and protection I need whether I'm hiking the AT or just walking a local park. They are rugged enough for my hiking and backpacking needs, but still lightweight and breathable enough for everyday wear.

Fantastically comfortable walking and hiking shoe. I recently bought my first pair of Merrell shoes and wish I had discovered them years ago. I purchased the Moab 2 Ventilator wide width shoes and they are incredibly comfortable! I wear size 9 EEE wide dress shoes and have a high instep and the Merrell wide width in a 9 1/2 fit perfectly. I immediately ordered the Merrell Moab 2 Ventilator in the hiking boot and they are equally comfortable. I will wear Merrell shoes for hiking, exercising, and walking from now on.

My fourth pair. I've hiked all 12 trails that climb the Mogollon Rim in Arizona in the last couple of months. Going to do Rim to Rim with them in October. I'm very happy with them.
