I have been wearing these shoes for a week and find them true to size and comfortable. I found them a little warm to start with but the anti-odor works well. I have been out in the wet and they are so far waterproof. I hike about 35-40K per week so durability is important so that is yet undetermined.

So far this shoe meets and exceeds my expectations in terms of fit (I have wide foot), feel and apparent quality. Time will reveal how well it holds up and repels water.

I use these for work where it is wet and I'm on my feet all day. This is my 4th pair, and the Gore- Tex is a big upgrade. They sent the wrong color, though.

Bought my first pair for my grand Teton national park and Yellowstone trip. Loving every minute of the treks with it.

My second pair. This time I went with the Gortex. The soles on this pair seem much harder and less flexible than my previous pair. They feel "clunky" to walk in. Hopefully, they will break in with more use.

Bought my Belugas a year and a half ago. They have served me well! They are comfortable and I like them a lot. They keep my feet dry in winter but all the other seasons my toes get soaking wet in wet grass. Hard wet surfaces, my toes may only get a little damp or not. They have been like this since new. I will be purchasing another pair soon, I'll just wear my 'ducks' in the wet grass! Oh, I do wear these on a daily basis and the treads are still at about 50-60%!

Purchased a wide. Shoe has a nice ride forefoot with a comfortable fit. The cushioning is soft but firm and stable. I have neuropathy in my feet and can wear these shoes for extended periods without issue.

A durable shoe they will take the rigors of the outdoors with good longevity.

Very comfortable even on rough terrain

I'm a long time buyer of Merrell boots. My last pair is going on 3 years and still has life. This is my first purchase of the Moab gore-Tex I'm excited to go on adventures with them.

Got these as a gift to myself and love how they have turned out. Really comfy and have been rugged enough to stand what I got them for.

I love the shoes, as I have with all the previous Merrells I have purchased. However, I hate the laces. Just as I have with all other laced Merrells. They are at least 3-4 inches too long on the Moab 2. My Moab Mid's laces are about 6 inches too long. And they constantly come untied. Probably because they drag on the ground all the time. I may have to go back to a pair of Chameleons, as the cord and lock system on those shoes is wonderful.

Shoe is sturdy, comfortable and fits great. Highly recommended.

Fit as expected. Comfortable when walking. Traction excellent save when trans versing over ice.

Have been wearing the Moab 2 for over 15 years, in either the water proof or the GORE-TEX. They are excellent shoes, fit great and are extremely durable. However, the shoe strings that are used in the Merrell shoes that I have purchased for the past few years are terrible, usually lasting only a couple of months. Using inferior shoe strings in an otherwise great product cheapens the value of the shoes.

Been buying moab for years, this year had to return the size 11 and get 10.5. Am I getting smaller or are they making them bigger?

Shoe fits well but seems to untie really easy, I might change the soles to make them a bit more comfortable on my feet.

I like my Moab 2 goretex. Unfortunately I had to go through 7 pairs in size 15 to find 2 pairs that fit. One pair was too large; 3 were too narrow; one pair (only sold by another retailer) when tested did not feel like the Moab 2. I wanted to buy another, but it's no little problem.

I really like the Moab 2 gtx. Unfortunately I had to order about 7 pairs in size 15 to find 2 that actually fit. One pair was too big; 3 pairs were too narrow; one pair did not even feel like is was the same type of shoe. Merrell customer support is great, but they can't test the size. Would love to purchase another pair, but I am out of stamina right now.
