Purchased the Moab 2 MOTHER OF ALL BOOTS GORE-TEX in Earth color. I wear 10.5 US size and ordered of course a 10.5. They fit me well with no issues. In spite of their rugged look, when you put them on, you'll feel how comfortable they actually are! When walking, the sensation is that you can walk on all kinds of terrains. The material of the top of the shoes is also comfortable, it does not choke you or bother you at all. I wore them all day and had no feet discomfort. This is a good investment. Go for it!

these hikers are waterproof, comfortable and really exceed my expectations

I wear my MOAB 2 Gore-Tex boots everyday. I use them for walking, hiking, and work. They are super comfortable and after 1.5 years of continuous use, just had to order another pair as the air cushion is going out but the shoe is still in good condition with the rubber soles still in great condition. I will continue to use the old pair for backup if I have a day where I need to get in the mud. I have worn Merrills for the last 11 years and prefer this model over previous MOABs I have ordered. I use the wide width and they fit great right out of the box.

These shoes were to replace original Moab gore Tex. As expected these shoes are excellent and comfortable. Highly recommend if you want a great waterproof shoe that keeps feet warm and dry.

My last pair of Merrill's lasted me nearly 6 years this is definitely one of the best brand of shoes I have ever worn whether it's for work or hiking or every day use this bill in particular is very comfortable and seems very Durable I noticed right away I don't feel rocks or any of the trail under my feet

My MOAB 2 GORE TEX hikers are nothing short of terrific. I use them for everything I do here in Northwestern Maine. The comfort in hiking along the Appalachian Trail or walking into a remote brook trout pool is as good as it gets. The Gore Tex keeps my feet dry and dry feet equals warm feet for me. My MOAB 2 GORE TEX hikers look great too, so I can wear them to any social event or occasion there is. The feel and fit keep you and your fit ready for anything, thank you MERRELL for making them!

as soon as you put these shoes on you can hike with ease and comfort...they are like slippers, and they have totally enhanced my hiking life!!!

I wear 11 EE and was pleased to see that the wide version of this shoe fit perfectly.

they are larger than expected, you might want to get a half-size smaller than usual. My foot slips around in them a bit. The real test will be when we hit some water but it's been dry lately.

I bought this shoe because I really needed a good waterproof shoe for work that was comfortable. Compared to the Moab 2 Ventilator, it's much better at actually being waterproof. I usually get my feet wet everyday at work. I'm not walking in water, but my shoes get sprayed with a hose daily. The Ventilator doesn't offer the degree of waterproofing that the Gore Tex shoe does. I've been wearing the Ventilators every day for regular use for years now. I'm always a size 13 wide. I tried that in the Gore Tex shoe and it was a little larger than the Ventilator, but not enough that I would go smaller. It's still a very comfortable shoe for someone that's on their feet all day. I'll probably stick to the Ventilator for every day use and for hiking just because the fit is just right, but I've found my new work shoe with the Moab 2Gore Tex.

I was looking for a shoe with a removable foot bed so I could use my own orthotics. I gave Merrell a try, and now I own 6 pair. This Moab 2 wide Gore-Tex pair is clearly the best. Wide gives these older feet plenty of room, and Gore-Tex keeps them dry and comfortable all day.

Shoes fit great and are really comfortable. They are waterproof in puddles and streams but it rained on my pretty hard and my feet got soaked. Waterproof could be better , other then that I love em

Great for everyday use and hiking

Great shoe for hiking or general use. I especially like that they are waterproof.

My new go to shoes. Completely waterproof. They look great walking in and around town as well in the great outdoors. Probably the truest fit of any shoe I have owned. I will be buying another pair in the future. Oh, and above all, my wife loves them on me.

I love these, but I'm biased. The reason that I bought them is that the pair of Moabs that I've been wearing for several years are finally wearing out. Moabs are great: waterproof, good traction, and good support.

I have been wearing Merrell Moab boots for ten years, and the new Moab ll Gore-Tex is my fifth pair. The old pair gets reassigned to yard work while the new ones are for every day wear and hiking. The new footbed feels great, and I love the new "Earth" color.

Comfortable right out of the box. Lightweight but feels like it has great support.

Good support water proof. Good looking with great fit. All around nice boot.

I have a wide foot and also need to add orthopedic inserts covering the entire sole of the shoe. Always a tight fit with other products, but not with this shoe. Added bonus will be the Gore-Tex that will protect the expensive inserts.

Very well made and solid hiking shoe. Firm sole that keeps even footing on rough terrain. Water beads and runs off the gore-tex but did soak through the mesh in rain.
