Perfect fit right out of the box! I wear them at work all day long. I have feet issues and usually can't stay on my feet much more than a couple hours. Currently wearing these 6 hrs a day with no foot soreness. Awesome boot!

Broke these in today, on a local short (but difficult) hike. They were great! The boot is moderately light, the fabric and leather work well together. I broke my ankle a few years back, and due to the severity wasn't sure I'd ever feel comfortable hiking again... these supported both my feet and ankles securely. Love them! Side note: the bottoms are super grippy... especially on my carpeted stairs. Was almost a humorous situation

These shoes fit perfectly, no breaking in period. Walked 6 mkles first day I got them and no blisters. Would recommend Merrill shoes to any Fitbit walker

This is the second pair I've bought. I use them at work in a hospital where I spend a lot of time walking/running and standing. Because they are so comfortable to me they are my go to work shoes.

This is my third pair of the same boot. (The first pair was purchased 15 years ago.) My previous two pairs withstood miles and miles of hiking, so I was very happy to see they still carried it.

I hiked regularly in Merrell Moab boots for 3 years and wore them into the ground. I loved their comfort, style, and support so much I purchased a second pair! I'm a size 9 and they fit me best with a thicker hiking sock on. Plenty of wiggle room for your toes. Be careful using the strap in the back when putting them on as that was the first thing to break on my first pair.

I bought these to wear while doing nature hikes. I was seeking better traction and stability. These are perfect and give me confidence to go where I was once hesitant. The best part is they fit great and are very comfortable and did not need to be broken in. I am very pleased with my purchase and bought some for my family as well.

Love the grip on these boots! Very well made and durable. And sturdy around the ankles. Also didn't take too long to break in and it was a comfortable process

Fit perfect for wide feet. No breaking in needed at all.

I work seasonally for USFS and BLM over lots of steep, rugged, rocky terrain (WA, OR, and now AZ). These boots are my go-to. I run hot so I don't like the waterproof ones, this ventilator version is amazing and I never have any issues with slip. Running shoes I generally wear an 8wide, so I went to an 8.5wide with these for space with thick wool socks and they're perfect. Easy to lace tighter when needed. Minimal break-in period, only had slight rubbing on my achilles for the first week, but never fully formed a blister. These areeee breathable to the point where, if you're hiking in ashy loose soil, you will get some ashy/dirty feet when you take them off but it's worth it. Unfortunately with my job, I'm hiking/bushwhacking 6-10mi/day, 40+hrs/week. So the sole on these, although Vibram, only lasts me about one field season ~6mo max. That's to be expected from how hard I am on them though. Most people will get more out of them! Get these boots, you will not be disappointed!

Received my boots on Friday and tried them on immediately. Very happy to see that they are true to size. Went for a three mile hike Saturday morning and these boots were comfortable from the first To last step. I definitely recommend these boots.

Wore these on a long difficult hike for the first time. No break in required. Comfortable, great toe room, nice ankle support. So glad I purchased these. Highly recommend.

Over my lifetime, I have seriously sprained my left ankle several times and now have a fallen arch. Without proper support, this foot and ankle can be extremely painful and activity limiting. This shoe has excellent arch support and gives my foot and ankle the support they need to go about my daily tasks easily and painlessly, including walking and exercising. Thanks Merrell for a great product!

I had my doubts but the Moabs fit right out of the box. These boots are my first real pair of hiking boots. I was worried the upper part of the boot might rub and many times shoes don't fit me right because I have a high arch and instep. They fit well, have support and my ankle does not slip. I wear a size 7 and that's what I bought. Thank you.

I couldn't be happier switching from keens to these Moabs. They are much more comfortable, durable, and the vibram soles grip rocks like no other boot I've ever worn. I've been hiking in these for nearly a year in really rugged, sharp, rocky terrain and they've held up beautifully. The ventilator keep my feet cool in desert heat, and dry out quickly when I get them wet.

I stole a pair of my wife's ASICS running shores out of her closet to size her Merrells. She wears a size 9 women's running shoe and blows out the sides. I got her size 9 wides and they are her favorite shoes now. She wears them non stop now, I win for best gift!

These are comfy and rugged. They held up very well in the snow and just as well on a summer hike.

Love, Love, Love this product. These are the most comfortable boots I have ever worn. I would recommend them to any one who is looking for a well made boot. I cannot wait to hike in Colorado with them.

This was first pair of boots that I really invested in, and they are SO worth it. My first day wearing them I took on a 7 mile trail. I was comfortable all day, and by the end of the hike I had zero blisters or sore spots. There didn't seem to be that dreaded period where they need to be broken in. These shoes exceeded my expectations. Unfortunately this pair got stolen, but I loved them so much that I'm going to buy another.

I have been buying Merrell shoes for the last few years. I started with their original Siren Edge. I was excited that I finally found some workout shoes that were not just comfortable but also good looking. I had bought a low cut version of these Moab hiking shoes and started wearing these as I started doing more hiking. With a long, high and rocky hike planned I wanted a taller boot, but not too tall, that would protect my ankles. When these came, I put them on and was able to go from home to hike with no real "break in" time. I have taken many shorter hikes wearing these and have never had issues, no calluses, no blisters, just a great time out in the fresh air.

These are the best hiking boots had, no breaking-in required, very comfortable, lightweight, supportive and durable. I plan to order many more products from this brand.
