I got these for my boyfriend for his birthday and he has plantar fasciitis so it is hard for him to find shoes he likes. He tried them on and immediately said he could feel how comfortable they are. He was impressed by the support and comfort.

Fits as expected, comfortable, sturdy, good support, hardly any break-in time.

Very comfortable, I wear a pair every day for work... always on my feet and have no complaints. I would however, like to know if I ordered 10 or more of the boot would the company give me a discount?

I've had these for a couple weeks now and so far they are the best decision I've made on boots recently. I even bought a another pair of merrell boots for other uses.

The boot fits well, is very light and has good ventilation.

Super comfortable and well ventilated boot. IMHO go with the ventilator that allows your boot to dry rather than develop the Gortex must. Waterproof boots lock in moisture as well as lock it out. I prefer the ventilation to dry more rapidly.

I have been buying these for 10 years. I have occasionally intermixed with a different brand but they never seem to match up.

Great support and mobility along with traction

bought this pair and used my correct shoe size which is 8 1/2 wide. maybe could have ordered the regular 8 1/2 but i installed some pads inside and all is well. I would buy another pair. I have a bad back and these have plenty of soft cushion inside. I like that.

I bought these for my husband for his birthday. He absolutely loved them. We got a 10.5 wide and it was slightly large so we returned easily and are ordering a 10 w. I highly recommend merrel!

I bought these boots for a full hike of the Grand Canyon, down South Kaibab Trail, and up Bright Angel Trail, all in one day. I had walked about 4 miles in the boots previously to break them in. I was not prepared for how difficult the hike would be, and struggled on the climb up. Everything hurt. Except for my feet. My feet felt great. No pain, no blisters. The boots provided excellent traction for the varying terrain we encountered. We started with snow for the first part of the trail, then mud, then things dried out. My feet were sure and I had no traction issues. I can't recommend these boots enough. Great product.

This is my second pair. I bought them because the first ones were so comfortable . I was not disappointed. Great boots.

I actually gave away all of my shoes except for 1 dress pair. My shoe line up are 2 Merrill boots, 2 shoes and these hiking boots. Merrill's fit all of my needs, are extremely comfortable and nice looking.

Good shoe. Comfortable on a person who needs a wide and tall foot box. I've bought the shoe in the non-mid style for years. Now going with a half size larger for added comfort in hiking.
