These are the go to waterproof hiking boot for anyone looking to put some miles on a trail and wear them around the neighborhood just as easily.I bought these for my wife who is very picky about her Footwear because I wear the same type and style in men's and they have never failed me I've owned probably 5 pairs by this point they generally last for 2 years or more of hard use and I've never felt badly about spending the money on them they are definitely reliable and they stay waterproof for their entire life I've had the soles we're down to the base layer and never gotten my feet wet.They do tend to run a little wide so if you have a narrow foot keep that in mind I can't say enough good things about them if they're good enough for the 75th Army Rangers they're good enough for me

Based on the other reviews I ordered a few sizes as I tend to have a wide foot. I found the fit to be true to size and the regular width fit perfectly. They are super comfortable and very stylish. This is my first hiking boot and I LOVE them.

I bought theses cause i was going hiking in the california desert they were comfortable from the start didn't need to break them in also the size was right on.

The best hiking boots!

I've never had hiking boots before and I'm glad I picked these! They didn't need breaking in, but they did get more comfortable after wearing them 3 or 4 times. I'm glad I got the mid-rise version for actual hiking partially because I have slightly loose joints and also because there was snow where I was hiking and the extra height kept snow from sneaking in. I would definitely buy them again!

This was great! Fit very well, actually waterproof and not slippery even while hiking up a waterfall.

I bought these boots to replace a similar pair of Merrell hiking boots that I've owned for about 5 years -- they fit almost identically to my original pair and are extremely comfortable! The leather is soft and flexible, requiring little to no breaking in. I wore them for the first time on a 2-night, 24-mile backpacking trip. No blisters or discomfort. They're great!

I love these new boots! The fit was perfect for me, true to size. Wore them for a bit in the house to be sure they fit, then took them right up the hill and they are great! No breaking in with a blister like some boots in the past. Great boots at a great price!

I originally bought the Moab mid in my normal size and they just were too tight in the toebox. I returned them and got these in a bit larger size. I normally wear a 7 M, the boots I bought were a 7-1/2 W and they are perfect. Room for hiking socks and not annoying when my feet swell after a hike.

Great hiking shoe. Has extra room for socks already so no need to size up. I am a true 9.5 in all shoes (heel, flats) but usually go up a half size for running shoes/sneakers for sock room, even up a full size for Nike sneakers, but these were 9.5 and fit perfectly with socks!

Bought these for granddaughter and another pair for myself as we are going on a hiking trip. Felt great right out of the box. Getting ready for some hiking so still wearing them to make sure that they break in. Size felt just right with hiking socks. Weight feels it will be good for a long day of hiking. We tried Keen and these were a better choice for us.
