I LOVE these shoes.. I do wear insoles.. which fit perfectly.. they are a little heavier than I expected but the comfort is amazing! And this is coming from someone who has foot issues!

This is my 2nd pair of merrells. Able to wear both pairs right out of the box. I think this may always be my go to shoe.

I love the MOAB so much, I bought a second pair. They fit and support my feet so well, feel sturdy and are long lasting! My first ones and 3 years old and the tread still looks new. Thank you for these great shoes!

The Moab 2 are extremely comfortable and we purchased them after receiving a recommendation by my sister. She also recommended that I get a 1/2 size up from my normal size and I'm glad I listened to her. I am a Womens size 6 in footwear, so I ordered a pair in size 6 and 6.5 just to be sure since our camping trip was just around the corner and wouldn't have time to re-order a different size. She was spot on! Going 1/2 size up was a perfect fit!

Tried on boots from 6 different brands and the Merrells consistently fit my wider foot the best. These are comfortable and don't need to be broken in. Excited to explore the fall colors in the mountains.

I'm new to hiking, so I expected a bit of discomfort with this shoe. It was absolutely perfect. After walking all day, my feet weren't sore or cramping. I'm so glad I purchased these.

Needed some great, supportive boots. Am recovering from a hip replacement and plan to walk for best health. I ordered a half size larger plus the wide width. Perfect. Terrific arch support right where it's needed. The waterproofing will come in handy, too. Thanks, Merrill!

Perfect out of the box, have only worn them around our flat forest preserves here, no break in needed. I can't wait to put them to use hiking in the U.P. in October.

I have worn only two brands of hiking shoes in my 40+ years of hiking. When I made the switch to Merrell's, I was more than a bit concerned about fit and how long it would take to break them in. Much to my surprise and delight, the boots fit perfectly and actually give my feet a little more room in the toe box.

This is my third pair of Merrill boots. The first pair were amazing and lasted several years. They have great ankle and arch support. My feet feel loved in these boots. The only reason I bought new boots was my feet had grown. So I bought a second pair. Exact same boots, different color. These boots have lasted a couple of years and are still in great condition. This time my feet got wider. So I ordered the same size in a wide and they are AMAZING! I love these boots. I hope they never change them. I'm going to buy the same boot for walking - has less ankle support.

I am an avid hiker and have been ordering this boot for years. I always have a spare pair of boots on hand! It provides great ankle support and is light weight and breathable. The toe base is very roomy. It works for me through all the seasons.

Comfortable fit in wide width. Excellent support and stabilization for hiking over rocks.

These were comfortable right out of the box. They are sized as they should be. Great treads for any type of trail.

I have arthritis in my knees and have a hard time finding shoes that keep my knees from hurting. These shoes are wonderful! Very comfortable to wear. I only buy Merrel shoes for that reason.

It's still a little warm for boots, so have only tried them on. But a cold snap is coming, and (for once) I'm ready! The boots fit great on my Fred Flinstone-like feet. Looking forward to splashing through fall puddles. And keeping my feet dry from the inevitable mess that is winter in Michigan.

I like the flexibility of the mesh fabric and the fact that the boot is waterproof. In addition, the wide width gives enough room in the toe box.

I bought these boots to replace my old Moab's that have finally started to break down after 10 years! As long as Merrell keeps making these boots, I will never wear anything else! Wore them on a 10 mile hike right out of the box and they felt exactly like my old ones. So comfortable and absolutely no break-in needed.

Super comfortable, wide toe box, great cushioning around ankle. Arch is a bit higher than I would normally wear, but it works. Took no time at all to break in these boots.
