Very comfortable. Couldn't be happier. I would definitely purchase again. I'm very glad Merrill has half sizes.

I have used my Moab waterproof beauties for 7 trips to Hawai'i hiking 8-30 miles on each trip. Most of it was on hot terrain of old lava fields. Others were steep Rocky hikes of 18-24% grade. All I can say, even while the sole of the shoe was coming off in my last trip, I held it together with gorilla glue and it allowed me to finish my hike safely! Best shoe ever for extreme hiking. I now keep that "broken" yet fixed pair for local trails in the Everglades and I bought a new pair of Moabs for my more extreme hiking.

Love them! They are absolutely comfortable, warm, durable, and they support my feet great!

I am loving these! I have gone for two 5+ mile walks in the snow so far (including once with low gaiters) and my feet stayed warm and dry. Looking forward to getting more snow so I can use them for snowshoeing!

I've had these a month and first wore in the house and short walks in the neighborhood thinking they'd need breaking in. But it wasn't needed! Great on rocky trail hikes, went thru one stream and feet stayed dry. Not heavy and love the feel of each step. I'd always had leather boots and was reluctant to switch but so glad I did!

These boots are fantastic! My husband purchased them for me, as i have started hiking with him almost daily. They have been through 2 TX State Parks, 1 County Park, 1 City Park, and numerous local walks, in the few weeks that i have had them. They are the most comfortable boots that i have ever owned, especially in the arch support. The Vibram soles make me very surefooted on every terrain i have encountered. The waterproofing is excellent. I am extremely happy with them, so far.

Very comfortable! Has the support and stabilization you need for a long hike. Used this to hike Angels's Landing in Utah and this shoe did not fail.

Bought these shoes to take on a trip to hike the Utah national parks in one week. Brand new out of the box wore them on every hike. Wonderful shoe, no breaking it in just wonderful!!!

Love them - bought two pairs! Very little time needed to break them in - comfortable on my first walk.

I have purchased at least 4 or more pairs of Merrill's before. As a nurse and hiker, I like a sturdy shoe but wide in the front to allow no pressure on my toes. My first two plus pairs had to be broken in and were heavy and one was excruciating. I recently purchased Merrill hiking sneakers and these. Both are absolutely wonderful. They both do not have to be broken in. They both have a circular front to the boot so as not to squish my toes. These are warm and waterproof and I really love them. They also make me feel my posture is better due to the positioning of my feet.

These are amazing. I wore them around my apartment a few times to break them in but they didn't even need it. Fit was perfect- I got the same size as my running shoes. I did an 8 mile backpacking trail, half of which was a very wet riverbed and these are truly waterproof! I was on rocky trails, steep inclines and lots of wet clay and I didn't lose my footing once. Merrell for life!

These feel great on the feet. They are the perfect width and your feet just sink into them. They provide a lot of support and are warm. Love the color, wish it were a little more vibrant.

Have worn Merrills for decades. Quality hiking boots. These boots are super comfy, & keep my feet warm even when trucking through Colorado snow. True to size, go up 1/2 size if wearing thick socks. Will continue to buy & wear Merrills

The Moab is my first pair of hiking boots and I am so happy with this purchase! I broke them in on a few local trails and then took them out at Red River Gorge. They were comfortable and waterproof.

We go hiking in the Blue Ridge mountains frequently, and these are the perfect boots for rocky trails and waterfall climbs. There's no need to break them in, and the soles grip wet rocks nicely. Plus, the waterproofing is great for stream crossings. I bought similar boots for my husband and son, and they love theirs, too.

Love this boot.. I bought a pair of Merrell's 5 years ago. I am still wearing, but thought time to update. I have bunion's so i needed a wide fit. Awesome fit.. No breaking in to these boots. They are as if you been wearing all time. I will be purchasing again in the future.

First time wearing them, went for a 9 mile hike, so comfortable. Love these boots, love Merrell! Would love Merrell to offer more styles in wide
