I had almost the same model many years ago and just wore them out - after a LONG time and brutal beatings. They were awesome. These new ones, thus far, are just as good. Very comfortable, great looking, waterproof, and sturdy. I highly recommend them.

Once I put on these boots, I could tell how comfortable they are. Although these are tough shoes, it made my hiking experience way better. Even after I hiked six miles, my feet were still in the best shape. The waterproofing really helps. I did not feel any water entering these boots. Hope I'll use them more for longer hikes.

These boots are everything I was looking for in a hiking boot. They are super sturdy and comfortable. I feel stable and solid in any terrain and climb like a mountain goat.

This shoe is very comfortable but I needed a 1/2 size larger shoe than normal. Keep that in mind when ordering.

Love this boot. I just replaced the same pair of boots after wearing them for 5 years. Only replaced them because I left them in a parking lot after hiking. Gotta day though, putting on a brand new pair is like wrapping your feet in pillows. There are super expensive boots out there, but I don't see them as necessary. I do all sorts of hiking on different terrain trails. These are great all around boots for about as cheap as you can get a decent pair.

Great fit & features especially the waterproof aspect

I have a few pair of Merrell's, 5 pair of Moab's. For my feet the Moab's are the most comfortable. I have both low and mid cuts. Moabs are great shoes and will not hesitate to buy another pair if the need or desire arises

This is my 3rd pair of this boot during the past 10 years. They are comfortable, rugged, breath and resist water. I've had no reason to switch to another brand or model, and appreciate the consistency in quality and styling. My Merrell boots have put on a lot of miles, particularly in Colorado and New Zealand. Excellent product.

As a woman with flat wide feet and size9-91/2 it is very hard to find any good shoe I tend to find men's to fit best but not stylish. Love these they fit perfect and I can put inserts in for even better support. Now if I can get these same color same type style but just a bit warmer for winter it would be perfect. Had mine three years and still in great condition. I purchased size 7.5 in mens.

Love these boots. From the moment I put them on, they were very comfortable. No break in required. Size was perfect in the wide version.

Absolutely love these shoe and new color

I was a little nervous buying online and to be fair we need to return our other pair but that's not a problem with the shoe itself. This pair however if form fitting but comfortable. I feel like a mountain goat when I'm hiking on angled rocks. These grip well. I also have plantar fasciitis so a good comfortable shoe is important.

First time I wore these boots in the wet morning grass- my feet got drenched. This is the second pair that have not been waterproof- not even water resistant! First pair I returned the very next day- these I have had for a month- but first time I wore in the wet morning grass-

I have had a number of Merrill products and keep coming back. They are well made, comfortable and can take a beating. I walked well over 1000 miles in my last pair of Moab before they finally needed to be replaced.

Very robust feel to these shoes. Very macho and muscular design that opens into a very comforting wear for the feet. Even the perpetually sore heel felt comforted by the shock absorbing build of the heel material. Armed with these on the feet, one feels ready to go anywhere and conquer any terrain with sure footed strides! Would heartily recommend these over any other shoes, any day! "Wear them and you won't wear out"

My fourth pair of Moab mids....love them. Wore them all day the first day and my feet felt great....no hot spots!

Although I have not tested out the new mid height boots, I know they are incredibly comfortable. Merrell products are the only ones that allow me to walk long distances without any trouble. They are, as far as I am concerned, magical. There is no pain, no distress with long walks or hikes. I never buy anything other than Merrell products for walking at this point.
