Great for year around hiking and camping, running into town, cute enough to wear out to lunch or casual dinner.

I am absolutely in love with these pants; .they are a walking dream on. I have grey & a black pair. I'm so smitten I purchased a pair of the capris for my mom, because I had to share the love. I am sure she will feel the same..

I own 7 pair of these in long and capris style. Three pair are at my vacation home in AZ. I travel several times a year to my 2nd home and always wear them on the plane. They are so comfy and have an additional zipper pocket on the right side to put my phone in. Also, you can drawstring the ankles tight so that the bottom of the pants do not touch the floor of the plane or airport!!!
Also good for walking in most weathers. Easy to wash and dry. Not a noticeable amount of shrinkage. I am 5'5" weigh 125-130 and wear a Medium.

I had never bought or worn pants like these in the past so, I had to do a lot of research to find hiking pants in my size (XXL) for my trip to Colorado. They were totally comfortable and I enjoyed wearing them because they fit well and looked great. They are also very lightweight and pack compactly in my suitcase. I will definitely recommend them to anyone and purchase again if needed. Thank you, The North Face

I use these for business casual wear at work and for hiking/camping trips. I absolutely love the cut... it's so flattering! It does not have back pockets (a plus) so the back of them looks nice.

Love them. I have long legs and hard to find pants long enough.

I initially ordered these pants in a small/regular which was foolish of me because I am only 5'3". Thus when they arrived they were way too long. So I sent them back and ordered a small/short instead in the mid grey color because the crockery beige was currently out of stock. I don't regret this because 1. The mid grey color is excellent! Especially to spot ticks on me while hiking. And 2. They fit wonderfully! These are literally the best pants I have found for outdoor adventures. They are super comfortable, breathable, and even stylish for wear when you're not adventuring in the wilderness. You can not go wrong with purchasing these pants! And if you are looking for shorts instead, the Aphrodite 2.0 shorts are where it's at.

I've tried the "tactical" pants for deployment to Afghanistan, but these are by far the best pants I've found. I don't need 50 pockets, and I'm not crawling on the ground so I don't need heavy gauge fabric. For the heat, nothing beats these. They move with you, the elastic waistband rocks. I'm 5'5", 125, and the medium is maybe a little big, but with the tie/elastic waistband, good enough until I need to order another pair. I have 3 pairs, and they are weathering the rough laundry we have here just fine. When I get home, I'll definitely use these for hiking.

These pants were great on a 3-day backpacking trip in 50-70 degree weather. I wasn't too cold or too hot. We crossed patches of deep snow and water and they dried out so quickly along the way. Apart from a few snagged threads, they show no wear from scrambling across granite boulder fields and glissading down snow. I live them so much I'm going to get a 2nd pair to replace these when they eventually wear out.

Loved everything about these pants EXCEPT the length... too short for my 5'10"frame.

I ordered these pants online and wasn't sure how they would fit and feel. I was surprised when I put them on and they instantly became my favorite pants. I am looking forward to take them hiking and backpacking this summer

I’m 5’0”, 120lbs. I’m between an 8-10 missed. I’m very short but with long legs for my size. The length is about an inch or so too long unless you’re horseback with boots on. Have never worn these types of pants before. they were much more affordable on Zappos so I’m trying them. I wear an 8 or a 10 in Levi’s skinny jeans for a reference point. They are very very lightweight. Not crazy about that but they should dry quickly if I get wet. Comfortable too.

Everything about this pant is awesome. I own 3 pair in different colors. Initially got these for boating - they dry so fast. So comfortable in the sun, too. Love that the bottoms are not wide plus they're adjustable.

I have these in every color. Absolutely love them! If you like the LuLu Lemon dancer pants (or something like that?), you’ll love these. I will say though, there is a huge size difference in the small and medium.

This is my third pair of these pants, that how much I like them. I have usd them for hiking in Glacier National Park, they are perfect for kayaking in warm weather because they stretch where needed, I have used them in town for great casual look.

I use these pants for everything, hiking, running, ATV riding, and especially relaxing. They are my favorite pair and I can't believe how well they fit my body. Until I found these pants I could not find durable hiking pants that fit my figure.

I love the Aphrodite pants. I've had two pair for a few months and just purchased a third, in addition to the capris for a safari trip I'll be taking in Africa. The pants are flattering and fit well, although they are a tad long (I'm 5'6" and ideally should have them hemmed). I love the gathering along the leg, it gives the sense of tailoring, which makes them a bit more appropriate in a cafe sitting, at least compared to most other hiking pants. TNF has proven themselves over and over as a recreational clothing brand that hits the mark in quality and affordability. These pants really just seal the deal for me.

I LOVE these pants so much I have three pairs each of black and graphite, and one pair of Khaki. I live in them literally.......wear around the house, to yoga, to backpacking, the gym, to physical therapy, errands around town, the beach with a tank/bikini top, to work with a nice sweater/cardigan and Danskos, to out to dinner with a sassy shirt and heels. In every situation they look like they were meant for that particular event. They are very lightweight and breathable and since I live in New England I don't have to give them up in the winter by putting lightweight fleece leggings underneath. PLEASE DO NOT "improve" these by changing the style or discontinue. The 2.0 version is perfect, flattering and needs to be a classic staple with TNF for a very long time. One hint, they are meant to have a crinkly look. I attempted to iron a pair and I had the iron too hot and it burned the stretchy mesh side. Should have left better off alone or used a cool iron. Thats okay, now they are now my yard work pants!

I bought these pants because I was in search of a pair of comfortable and lightweight hiking/hunting pants in the hawaii heat. These are perfect plus the waist is elastic! The material is super light and it's tealky comfortable as well!
