Perfection! Heaven! I tried on several other plus size hiking pants by other popular brands; multiple styles of each. Nothing quite fit my body shape that I remotely liked. Everything was baggy and boxy or too much of a severe boot cut. I’m 5’9” and around 260lbs. I wear size 22/24 on bottom and 20/22 on top with an hourglass shape. These appeared to be promising from reading reviews on every website I could find. I went ahead and ordered up a size like a lot of the reviews recommended (24 long), and I am SO GLAD I did! There’s a handful of times when I’ve ordered clothes online and crossed my fingers that they may fit. These. Were. Perfect! Just the right length to wear with my hiking boots, but a slimmer fit leg with a good waist height. I’ve now bought 3 colors within a few days, haha! I was stalking the grill (charcoal) color to come back in stock, and I bought them a moment after I received the email notification. Note that the pond color is actually a light olive green; NOT the kind of robin’s egg blue it looks like on the photograph. I was thrilled with the color! The truffle is like a dark khaki color, which is awesome. Customer service help was awesome when I had a pricing question. Can’t wait to hit the trails and look SO GOOD in these!

I'm pleased that they don't gap in the waist (16w). I'm a bit long waisted, and the rise is long enough that I don't have to worry about "camel toes." They are lightweight and close fitting without being clingy. My job involves a lot of walking, bending, and squatting, and throughout the day they stayed comfortable and did not get baggy. They have survived 2 washings just fine, wash cold and dry low, but I do plan to hang dry as often as possible.

These are awesome! Comfortable and stretchy, but with a waist that doesn't get sloppy. They feel so light and cool. I love them! You need to order up a size, in my opinion. I did. I am 6'1" with very long legs. I ordered the "long" size and they are just long enough without length to spare. If there were more colors in my size, I would order another pair.

Great pair of pants, they fit and feel great! Sizes are true sizes! Excellent quality! They were on sale, so great price as well. And I couldn't believe how fast I got them, they we're at my door the very next day I placed the order! Cudos to Zappos!

I love these pants. I can only rarely find pants long enough so I really love my 33 longs. They move easily and are quite comfy, except for a slightly tight waist. I wish more pant makers would create adjustable waists. These are a bit spendy but after a walk in very windy gorge weather, I think these are worth it.

I bought a pair of these at the mall and loved almost everything about them, which was why I ordered a second pair. Weirdly, the pair from the mall fit perfectly and these fit loose. The first day I wore them I had a red beverage spilled on me and the liquid pooled in a fold of the fabric and waited until I sopped it up with a napkin. If I'd stood up it would have rolled right off. Brilliant. The front pockets are strangely shallow for how deep they are. I don't bother putting anything in them because they're not secure. Or maybe I'm assuming they were meant to be pockets. Maybe they're vents masquerading as pockets. Even my hands fall out of them. Awkward. At least it has secure rear pockets big enough for a smartphone. I don't like worrying that I'm going to sit on my phone and would prefer the front pockets to come up higher. Still, they do what I need them to - cover my body and keep me cool and dry.

Great pants! These are my first pair, I wear a size 20 in reg clothes, so I sized up. They fit good and being a long length are perfect for over my hiking boots!

Great weight of fabric and fits true to size. Will definitely buy again.

I am 5'-6", 230 lbs. Bought a 20W short and love them!

This is my first pair of this type of pants, in this material, and I love them. I ordered them for our trip to Europe, in part, for easy washing in sink while away from a washer. Worked out great. And,they are comfortable and easy to move in. Sizing was true to what I currently wear (18W), not the size chart.

Awesome pants! Like the roll up legs and number of pockets. Very comfortable but run small. Ordered 18W long, but usually wear 16W. Looking forward to wearing these for hiking.

these are going to be great for a 8 hour international flight, really light, very comfortable.

As someone who works 50% of the time in an an office and 50% outdoors in Florida, I can say these pants are the perfect mix of form and function. These pants are tastefully stylish and rugged (and comfortable) enough to climb ladders, kneel down, and climb under/over obstacles. I bought two pairs and will buy two in each color if you make more!

My third pair of these pants! Perfect for hot weather, or when needing quick-dry fabric, a bit of "give" to the pants, etc. My previous pair were purchased in "regular" length, and OK if wearing shoes/boots and/or if hems rolled up and secured with the hidden tabs, but a hair long for barefoot or thin sandals. So THIS time, I ordered in "short", and length is perfect. ;D Still long enough for boots/shoes and not too long for sandals/barefoot. The fabric is smooth and comfortable on the skin but seems durable enough for general hiking and camping, wading in creeks etc. The dark charcoal gray color is ideal for multi-purpose use, not as "intense" as black, and a hint more "dressy" than tan. Perfect for outdoor entertainment venues, bird watching, hiking, travel, you name it! :D I purchased this, and previous pair a size up from previous pair, as I wanted something a bit less form-hugging for being in public areas, although there was adequate range of motion to smaller size due to stretch. True to size if you like form-fitting.

These are sturdy, good looking, well made pants. I bought a pair of these several years ago along with a pair of the Anytime Outdoor Capris. Both of those still fit properly, they are just getting a bit worn. Oddly the capris that fit me were one size smaller than the pants. I ordered the new pants and capris but when they came they did not even begin to fit. I had to order the next size up for the pants and two sizes up for the capris. I have examined the old pairs and see no sign that they have or even could have stretched. So I guess I am saying, I recommend these items, but be careful about the sizing. I will have to say the the sizing runs small based on the size I normally purchase elsewhere.
