So disappointed! The style is so cute..but the shoes look like they're plastic.

I LOVE THESE SHOES! So why the poor rating? Unfortunately, while they look high fashion and expensive, they do not last. I have gone through 2 different pairs hoping each time that there was a manufacturing issue. Sadly, no. These heels are PERFECT, except after 4 wears they start falling apart. Such a shame because they are gorgeous, comfortable, and affordable.

I purchased this for my wife , she was not happy, 1/2 size too big and the material was cheap quality.. very disapointed...

This shoe confirms my resolve to stop buying shoes made in China. Style - cute. Color - good. Smell - TERRIBLE! Bad synthetic glue smell immediately on opening the box. Decidedly cheap build quality. Never buying the brand again. Spend more on Kate Spade (made in Italy), Stuart Weizmann (made in Spain): at twice the price they are 10 times the quality. Sometimes you really do get what you pay for.

Super disappointed when I received these shoes to see they were REAL FUR! Really Sam Edelman?! Love your shoes and was so excited about these but turned them over and saw the sticker labeled REAL FUR, this is an absolute no for me so they went back immediately.
