Pretty shoe but too wide and no arch support

I wear an 8 for closed toe heels. These were way to big so I sent them back and ordered a 7.5. Those are way to snug. I’ve never worn this brand but would not order this designer again . The shoes themselves are beautiful so I’m bummed !

I expected more from Sam Edelman. After just two weeks of basic work wear (I work in a corporate office and park in a covered garage), the leather on the heel and toe point had ripped off. I wore them, ugly scrapes and all because I had already spent so much money on them.

Loved this show was by far my favorite high heel with excellent support. However I got the camel leather color and after the leather got water on the heel it turned the leather dark brown and I have been unable to get it to go back to the light camel color the shoe is ruined and I'm beyond unhappy with this result from what is suppose to be real leather. I've never seen this happen real leather before.

Loved the style and the fit but after wearing them often for work, I found the quality to be lacking. They began to come apart at the stitching and were ruined. I wear pumps every day and I had higher expectations for these based on the price.

Style was just not for me - too high and tight on the toes

Love the style of the shoe but this shoe is very uncomfortable. I walked inside before wearing them out and they felt OK. But after wearing them for a few hours they were very uncomfortable. Disappointed because I needed a shoe in this color.

Beautiful shoes but the description is incorrect. The patent leather version of these shoes are not actually leather - the inside of the shoe says "All Man Made." Very disappointed and back they went.

Very narrow toe box (top to bottom).These shoes are gorgeous, but unfortunately so uncomfortable!

The wide left a gap in the shoe on the side. I really do have a wide foot but these were way too wide. Otherwise, such a pretty, classic shoe.

I love the look of these shoes and read many of the reviews that said how comfortable they are. I have a high arch and these shoes did not support them at all. I'm currently sitting in my car working so I can take my shoes off. I have two blisters on the sides of my feet. So despite how cute they are, i had to return these.

Had to return hurt my feet to Much ! Loved the color though ! Quality made !

This is a gorgeous shoe, and I really wanted to love it. But this pair is so uncomfortable that I can barely walk in them for more than a few minutes. I would return them if I hadn't already worn them out once.

Returning these... I didn't know that they were all man made material.

This shoe came to me worn!!! I was shocked absoultey was used.

This item was worn and scuffed up. These were used shoes and in poor condition.

I am so upset. I’ve owned several pairs of this exact shoe. I needed a new pair before a trip. I just took them out to pack and one shoe is CLEARLY BEEN WORN, and I paid FULL PRICE. I’m so unhappy.

This was a nice looking shoe. However I wore them three times and the leather unbonded from the heal and the front of the shoe leather detached from the sole. I would not recommend them due to quality issues.

I received 2 right shoes! One a 7.5 M and one a 7.5 wide. Returning. I have never been disappointed with Zappos before but this was a double whammy with order being delivered late and then not even an actual pair. Hoping this was a total fluke .

These are very pretty shows, well made, but no support at all, especially the ball of the foot. I have one side with a bunion, narrow heels, and it fit both feet well, but as soon as I took a step (on carpeted floor no less), it was too painful at the sole of the feet. So I will be returning these.

They were comfortable but the right shoe had a Hugh gap at the arch. The left not as bad but still gapped. Very unattractive look.
