Had this shoe for less than a week and the tip started to come off! I'm very disappointed in the quality with got much I paid

Ive read so many great reviews about this shoe so I definitely had go buy it since Ive been looking for comfy and stylish shoe for work. Thankfully I used these on a Sunday, which is a slow day at work. These shoes really killed my feet. It felt like me wearing heels that aren't supposed to be walked in at all. Only for short small events. The ball of my feet hurt sooo bad, normally the toes are the biggest issue for me but that wasn't the case with these. I couldn't stand in the shoes after 4 hours. I had to stay seated most of the time while working. Not only that but it was my first time wearing and the INSIDE started to fall apart!! I understand if it breaks inside due to poor quality and old aged shoes. But these were brand new and it was only my first time wearing them. I was so disappointed, I'm not even sure if I received the real shoes even though I ordered it through their official website. The shoes I received came scuffed a few places and one of the heels had a scratch that was covered or repaired. It was obvious but I didn't mind making a huge deal out of it, I just wanted to wear them already. And these also didn't have the three stripes going down from the bottom of the heels are you can compare from the pictures. I've already contacted customer service and they have agreed to issue me a full refund even after I used it. Thankfully I am greatful for that but now I am still left without high heels for work :(

Runs much smaller that same shoes in dif colors. Very uncomfortable. Ordered my reg size. And half size up. They were both extremely uncomfortable and had to return both. I have a friend who got them and I was complaining to her. She said she actually liked them better than the other colors (other colors are a dif material) because it holds her foot better. She explained that she has a very narrow foot so for her these were great. For me they were terrible and I have a reg width foot. I would try the wide fit tho because I really like the shoe. Anyway if you have reg/ wide foot get the wide size. If you have narrow the reg size will be good for you. In general I love the Sam Edelman heal. I get it in all colors !!

I wear them regularly but would have expected them to last longer than just a few months. They are beautiful and stylish, but there are many other companies with very similar styles, so I will try one of those next time.

This is my first time trying the Sam Edelman brand. The spiced red is more of a muted tone so it could definitely be considered a neutral and match with many colors. I wear a size 9 medium. My feet are wide but not the widest. These shoes run narrow to me. They fit and I would wear them but not for long periods of time or if I were going to be standing for a long time. They will look great with slacks or a suit for work. The heel is 3-3/4" which I would consider high so if you are not into stilettos this is not the shoe for you. This color will be great going into the fall.
