These are lovely. The size and width both feel true to size, and they have impressive padding in the insole. Unfortunately, the cut is one that doesn't work if you have bunions. I have very minor ones, but those of you who also do know that certain cuts of shoe just won't work: if the edge of the shoe hits right across the bunion (not above or below it), it causes instant pain. Sadly, that's what these do -- they were painful within seconds of putting them on. So for those with a similar foot structure, you may want to pass on these. But for you lucky folks without this problem, I think they'd be terrific: nice style and padding.

This is a beautiful shoe with delicate leather and it is comfortable! The toe area is relatively small. My complaint is that they do NOT hold up to even moderate wear and tear. After only wearing them a few times, the leather on both the nude and black show damage and I needed to replace the heels within a month. I will not be buying these shoes again and they were not worth the price in terms of length of use. For reference, I only wear them to and from work and to meetings where I'm walking on sidewalks most of the time.

these are beautiful shoes but I will be returning them. the description says 3 1/2" heel but it is actually 4" which make them too high for me. also I usually wear a 7.5 or 8 and I ordered the 8... way too tight to walk in and no amount of breaking in would change that. I will say that zappos service is great... I will send these back, but will definitely order something else that has the same look, but with a lower heel.

Pretty shoes. I ordered my size but it felt a little large so had to return them. I have narrow feet and regular size felt fine. Maybe I’ll try a half size smaller. I’m also a tall girl so the height is a bit much for me.

I was disappointed to feel my heel move up and down in the shoe. I will try exchanging them for 1/2 size smaller and will provide feedback on the wait and fit when the exchange comes back.

i'm usually a 7.5 and this was a 7.0Wide, heel was slipping out... maybe should try a smaller size? the 7.5 was way too big

Color looked dirty

The sizing is a bit off, although with heels you cannot go a half size bigger without the shoes slipping when you walk.

I love Sam E shoes. Although the heel height was perfect, not too high, the width for my toe area was too narrow. I’m 53 and refuse to buy a shoe solely because it looks good, I MUST have comfort too! I typically get that with this brand, so greatly disappointed that I had to return this Hot and sexy red patent pump??

This is a beautiful heel, but I was disappointed. The website description states this is a leather upper; the black patent version of this heel indicates it is made of all manmade materials.

This review is for the color: Golf blue suede. The suede looks very nice, the color is very pretty, and the inside of the shoe was soft. My dissatisfaction was with the fit. The fit of this shoe is very different from my Very Berry pair of the same heels (which are FABULOUS!!!). These shoes seem stretched out in the midfoot and heel, as if someone with a very wide foot wore them (though there was no sign of previous wear). The leather on the inside of the arch even looks stretched out. It is frustrating that different colors of the same shoe style fit so differently. If you have a slightly wider than normal foot, these are for you!

Very cute shoes and the leather was soooo soft. But the arch was so steep it cramped up my foot. Had to, regrettably, return these.

The left shoe fits perfect! I would order in every color! But the right shoe is too long! I even checked the size to see if they accidentally sent me a different size for the right. Bummed.

Uncomfortable

I bought this shoe in the gold metallic and black metallic. The gold was a bit too disco looking for me. But of course if I needed that look for an event it would be awesome. But I was looking for a bit more subtle look. The black metallic is really pretty but also a bit flashy. But I do think I will be able to wear it if the rest of my outfit is on the boring side. The shoe is beautiful! For some reason the black is way more comfortable than the gold on my foot - 8 1/2 Med.

I believe these run a bit small and narrow. The toe does not have quite as much room as other pointed-toe shoes I have so it does squish the outer two toes into the others. I am returning but not trying a half size up which might work. They look ok but the black came with markings on them that look like the suede will not hold up to impact from grazing objects or the other shoe.

Had trouble getting this on right out of the box. Once on, they felt super tight.

I ordered both the metallic jacquard and black patent leather. The shoe is gorgeous, especially the jacquard. But, they feel like totally different shoes. The 9 in the jacquard is the same size as the 9.5 in the patent. The patent has some cushioning on the ball of the foot and the jacquard had none. Though the jacquard is a gorgeous shoe, it is incredibly uncomfortable. Keeping the patents--much more foot friendly.

I truly wanted to love the fit of this shoe, but this was not the case! The shoes says it comes in wide however, they hurt the moment I put them on! I could not even walk in them and I am so disappointed because they are great looking shoes! So they are being returned!

Super cute shoes but was bummed to find out they ran wide. Definitely would have exchanged for a narrow but they were out of my size.

Beautiful shoes and very comfortable considering the heel height. I purchased a black and leopard pair. I wear size 5.5 and have a narrow foot. The black pair was snug and fit great. The leopard pair were slightly bigger so I put inserts in to keep them from slipping. Fit just fine after that. I would have given these shoes 5 stars except for one thing. The very first time I wore the black pair, I ended up with a tear and scuff marks in the leather at the toe. Really disappointed in the durability. I realize this may have been me bumping into something, however I expect more based on the price point.

I purchased the Camel suede. They really are beautiful. I love the color too. The downfall with these pumps is that they are very wide. I've purchased several Sam Edelman shoes and these are the first that feel ridiculously wide. When I walk in them the heel feels off too. Like it's not centered on the shoe. I ordered a half size smaller to see if it fits any better. I do love the color though! I really hope the 6.5 fits better.

This would be a nice shoe if the heel was lower. The style, fit, and comfort are good, but, for me, it was very difficult to walk in.
