I am so surprised by all of these 5 star reviews. These shoes were incredibly uncomfortable on me because the back of the shoe comes up so high it cuts into my lower achilles tendon/heel bone and little of my ankle on the side. Very painful. I compared them to all of my other heels (i.e., in excess of 40 pairs) and none of them have such a high back. Interesting.. perhaps these are meant for taller people with longer legs, calves, etc.. Not sure. Returned.

Love the shoe but one was dirty when I received the order.

$140 for a pair of black heels that were worn and falling apart. The suede was worn down and turning white in some spots and the bottoms of the inside were cracked and peeling.

I can't tell if the shoe runs large or if it's just stretched out from being worn so much. The shoes arrived in rough condition and seem very worn in - they don't look new at all and the box is even dirty.

Heel on one shoe broke within 10 minutes of wearing them. I am a healthcare provider in an office so I only walked into the office before the heel broke. Very disappointed and had to buy new shoes from target so I didn’t have to risk twisting my ankle in broken heels.

So disappointed in the color. I ordered Natural. In the pictures, it looked like a perfect summer work pump. I loved the linen appearance. Unfortunately what the pictures don’t show is the silver thread running throughout. In fact, the color listed on the box is Ntrl Gltr Linen. Glitter doesn’t work for what I had in mind. Ordered for a work trip and it’s too late to reorder. My picture doesn’t capture just how shiny the shoe is, but if the word glitter was in the color description, I never would have ordered this shoe.

I ordered a .5 size larger than my usual size and the shoe felt extremely narrow and uncomfortable.

Blue wan’t “navy”, it was brighter. Suede looked damaged as though the pair sent might have been a retail display or sample pair.

Gorgeous shoes but they started falling apart just after wearing the pair TWICE in one year (I bought these at the beginning of the pandemic so didn't have an opportunity to wear them for months). The leather started separating from the seam. I noticed while I was on a date - how embarrassing! I had to use a black Sharpie to make it look more subtle. Complete waste of money.

I bought it for an upcoming wedding. Great looking shoe, but waaayyyy to high to be comfortable. Had to return because there is no way I can walk in those a few hours.

Something is off with the quality of these shoes. Hopefully, I just got a defective pair and it’s not indicative of a change in quality. I received my first pair of Hazels in nude as a gift. I wore them at least once a week for four years. While they had definitely started to get a bit scuffed and I had to have the heel tip replaced several times, they were still go tos when I finally retired them. I decided to re-purchase them last month. Imagine my surprise when, after wearing them for just one day at my desk job (where I can slip my shoes off for periods of time throughout the day) the inner lining was already cracking and peeling in several areas on both shoes. I was so bummed - I didn’t experience this at all with the last pair, and I certainly didn’t pay $150 for shoes that are supposed to be all leather and start cracking and peeling the first time I wear them. That said, let me give all the props to the Zappos customer service team. I sent an email with pictures at 8 PM one night, not really thinking they could do much because I’ve already worn the shoes. Within an hour, I got a response from a representative telling me I would receive a full refund and didn’t even have to return the shoes. That’s way above and beyond anything I expected to make good on this purchase, so even though I’m disappointed with the quality of the shoes, I’m absolutely still a Zappos customer.

Bought these in black and nude. Black ones are fine, the left nude shoe rubs my ankle bone and was bleeding within hours. Do nice work shoes that don’t hurt your feet exist?
