Something is off with the quality of these shoes. Hopefully, I just got a defective pair and it’s not indicative of a change in quality. I received my first pair of Hazels in nude as a gift. I wore them at least once a week for four years. While they had definitely started to get a bit scuffed and I had to have the heel tip replaced several times, they were still go tos when I finally retired them. I decided to re-purchase them last month. Imagine my surprise when, after wearing them for just one day at my desk job (where I can slip my shoes off for periods of time throughout the day) the inner lining was already cracking and peeling in several areas on both shoes. I was so bummed - I didn’t experience this at all with the last pair, and I certainly didn’t pay $150 for shoes that are supposed to be all leather and start cracking and peeling the first time I wear them. That said, let me give all the props to the Zappos customer service team. I sent an email with pictures at 8 PM one night, not really thinking they could do much because I’ve already worn the shoes. Within an hour, I got a response from a representative telling me I would receive a full refund and didn’t even have to return the shoes. That’s way above and beyond anything I expected to make good on this purchase, so even though I’m disappointed with the quality of the shoes, I’m absolutely still a Zappos customer.

Bought these in black and nude. Black ones are fine, the left nude shoe rubs my ankle bone and was bleeding within hours. Do nice work shoes that don’t hurt your feet exist?

Wore them and the Glitter was falling off

These are beautiful heels. Too high for me. I have bunions and they just won’t do for my feet. I ordered a wide hoping it would work. I love Sam Edelman shoes!

These are NOT wide even if you order a W. Trust me if you are shopping for W shoes these are not it. The style was sharp and funky, I felt like Cinderella’s step sister there was no way I was squeezing my 10W foot into this shoe. If you buy Naturalizer W this will not work sorry cause it’s a really fun spicy look. Would have been great with a black pencil skirt!

I love the style and look of these shoes, but by far and away the most uncomfortable shoes I have ever worn.

Pretty shoe but the heel is too high for my comfort

Ouch, ouch, ouch!!!!! These are gorgeous, but incredibly uncomfortable. I can't believe all of the positive reviews. My feet are average M width, size 6. Superb style (the cork is spectacular), but OMG I couldn't even walk comfortably to the car in them. I usually do fine in heels. Not these.

I liked the idea of being able to order a wide shoe considering I have a large foot. I wanted leather soles because it makes the shoes much more comfortable. Mine arrived with a man-made sole (not as advertised).I'm returning them.

Beautiful shoes, quick delivery. I usually wear a 6 wide (d width) - ordered 7 wide. Length would have been okay, but couldn’t get my foot into them - 4 toes maybe. Shipping back tomorrow.

I received only one shoe of the pair I ordered - there was only one shoe (the right shoe) in the shoe box, and there was a random shoe of the same size but completely different style (also a right shoe) outside the shoe box but inside the bigger Zappos box. I've been ordering from Zappos frequently for over a decade and have never had this happen before.

I really wanted to love these shoes but I can't. One, they are "long" - I had way too much space between the back of my foot and the heel of the shoe. And two, they look cheap. There is a seam in the midfoot area where the fabric is sewn together that was frayed. It looked like they were falling apart before I took them out of the box. It could just be the print I chose but I wasn't impressed. They are going back.

These shoes are NOT worth anywhere close to $100 - $119. It is not Zappos' fault, but the quality of Sam Edelman shoes are BELOW PAR. I have bought multiple pairs of this style always in black and nude and the heel tips come off within WEEKS. I weigh about 103 lbs, so it's not as if these heels are experiencing tremendous pressure. I am SO DISAPPOINTED in Sam Edelman. I advise NO ONE buy Sam Edelman due to VERY POOR QUALITY.

Size was wrong for me

Super disappointed. Tried on at home and they seemed fine. Wore them for Easter and found they were not. The left shoe is cut lower on the outside and the right shoe is slightly bigger than the left making it feel like a flip flop. Useless pair of shoes I barely survived 4 hours wearing.

I thought this pretty shoe would serve me well for occasion wear, but I am terribly disappointed by the inferior quality of this item. I have them for 3 months and wore them very lightly, a total of probably 10 times, and one shoe fell apart!

I did a search for "comfortable" heels, and this was one that was recommended. But I've got to say a huge NO on the comfort factor. The footbed is "decently" comfy, but not overly. It has a very pointy toebox that pinches and gives major toe cleavage. I'm usually just fine with higher heels, but this one has such a sharp angle, it caused: teetering & tipping, a severe angle of bend at the ball of the foot, and a severe flex at the ankle. I usually wear a 10.5-11, and my toebox is wide-ish and my heel is narrow-ish. I tried both the 10.5M and the 11M: the sides were cutting into me, and I was spilling over the edges (I've never experienced this before).

These shoes were defective - twice! The left shoe split at the seam after less than a few months. Thought it was a fluke. Bought a replacement pair and it happened again on the left shoe! Not had this issue with other Sam shoes.
