Awful color

I have been buying UGGS for years. I was excited to get a new pair this year. When I received them, I was extremely disappointed with the fur. It is super thin and not nearly as full as it was in the past. It seems like the fur is different altogether.

VERY cheaply made. Bearpaw has much better quality boots and are significantly cheaper.

I really don't like them. I own a number of UGG's and these by far are my least favorite. I doubt I'll even wear them 5 x's.

I just received my second pair of these to replace a worn out pair that I wear just as slippers. The last time I bought these, the size 9 was snug (in a good way) because of the fluff. They were so cozy. My new pair has about half as much fluff. As a result, not only are they less cozy then my old pair was when new, my regular size 9 was too large and I had to exchange for an 8 even though I'm never an 8, and I own many, many varieties of UGGs, all in size 9. So, if you've never purchased these before, these will seem fine, if a little large. If you are replacing a pair, you may be disappointed. I hope UGG will return to their previous design.

Too short for a boot. Don't measure up to the same comfort with the classic short ll. The chestnut color is way off unless y'all made a big mistake. However the look didn't go the same with my attire as the classics.

Very cute low cut boot but the quality of them is HORRIBLE! Very flimsy, the fur feels synthetic and they have started to tear at the seam; they are way bigger then my normal size 9.

Highly upset the quality of the item did not meet my expectations.

I ordered these to replace my well-worn pair in another color, from a few years ago, to wear as slippers. The quality is substandard. The sole feels hard and inflexible vs the soft feel of my previous pair, and as compared to even a fairly new pair I purchased for my daughter a few months ago. The sizing is wrong. I'm a size 9. I own many pairs of UGGs slippers and boots, at least 10 pairs or more. I always order a 9 and they're always snug for the first 6-12 months until the fur flattens a bit. These are sized like a 10 - loose-fitting right out of the box. So - quality is poor, size is wrong, and the color is peach, just so you know. I returned them.

I purchased two pair. They both arrived on time. However, I could not get them on my feet. I own 3 other pairs in the same size and had no issue with getting them on. I cannot get my foot past the ankle part as it is way narrower than my previous pair. I'm sooo disappointed!!

My first pair of Uggs were in 2013. They were very solid, comfortable, fit the foot well and very warm. They were all I wore almost all winter for several years. I live in WI and really need the warmth. I bought another pair, the same, later the same year and the quality was not the same. They were less solid and the fur was not as good. Now, this year, I decided to try again. They were too loose on my foot to be healthy for walking, and not very warm. On the one pair I'm pretty sure the fur is synthetic. Thereafter began the worse Customer Service I have ever experienced. I wanted a paper order receipt and they refused to mail me one. Then, when I discovered these boots were a complete waste of money and wanted to return them they refused to mail me the label return. My printer is not working and it will probably be awhile before I can take it in. They suggested I take my computer to a library and there print out the receipt.

The boots are the same everywhere

i use the Mini's as houseslippers and thought these would be cuter, but without the tab at the back they are almost impossible to get on. and they, like all uggs, run a full size smaller than my regular shoes.

For some reason it is extremely difficult to put the right boot on. It is so frustrating that I do not even wear them cause I do not have time to be bothered
