What happened to the ugg manufacturing? These were so cheaply made and way too small. We sent them back and didn’t reorder. Cute style but didn’t feel they were any different in make than the ones at Target. Disappointed

this was my first time of purchasing uggs and they are not comfortable for walking. Not goin to purchase anymore in the future

The shoe is cute and the color I chose (dark grey) is so easy to match with but the buttons became unstiched within a month of having them and the opening sides of the boot flap open and it's not the same anymore

The black color keeps rubbing off on my feet.

This style hurts the bottom / center of my foot so bad. I was in so much pain .I had to walk on the side of my foot.

This is not the same Ugg boots: they're not comfortable anymore. The sheepskin doesn't feel the same the bottom sole is not the same. Totally different boots. The left feels like a size smaller. Had a hard time trying to put left boot on.

Wow!!! these boots are awful....such poor quality fit and design. A inferior product in every way. I had high hopes for this Brand too bad.

I originally purchased a pair of Uggs 8 years ago in a department store in Raleigh NC and have very much enjoyed them. However over the years they have become very worn so I decided to purchase the Mini Bailey Boot II. Not exactly the same boot I had before but similar. I purchased a size 10 as my foot size has gone up in size but the size 10 in this boot was too bigslipped up and down on my foot. I exchanged it for a size 9 and received it yesterday. The 9 fits better in my toe area but the boot still slides up and down on my heel. Unfortunately I am running into difficulties trying to return the boot because the information in my file still shows the size 10 as a purchase and notes it is not eligible for return. Still trying to get resolution regarding the return because I cannot wear the boots. If I purchase another pair, I will definitely go into a store and try on in the future as this has become very frustrating!

So upset because I love Uggs. One of the boots had really uneven fur on the bottom that makes it super uncomfortable to wear. I needed them for a trip so I took a chance on wearing them but I was miserable in them.

Uggs need to make 1/2 sizes I'm returning my entire order

I have a pair an original pair. These ones have brown colour fur not like shown in picture. Also real Uggs have Australia on the back label these do not.

Comfortable but the quality is not the same. Poorly made.

They are extremely hard to get on. Then after 15 minutes of struggling and you do get them on, thinking they are too small, they wind up being too big

I really wanted to like these boots. My sister recently had a stroke and she needed new boots as she's learning to walk again. These boots arrived with a scuff mark on the side. She likes the comfort and loves the warmth but I'm unhappy. I really hope these boots weren't used by someone, returned to Ugg and resold. I took pictures but the website keeps rejecting the upload.

The wool inside are kind of sharp. Not fluffy or comfortable because of the sharp wool This was my first buy and I am dissatisfied Won't buy again or recommend
