I have a very tall instep and these boots were almost impossible to get on. I had to use a shoehorn, and struggled with thattoo much. Once on, they feel incredible and are obviously adorable, but I ended up giving them to my daughter. Also, above the heel cup, the sheepskin has no support and is very flimsy, with nothing substantial to grab hold of. It also collapses when you stick your foot in, adding to the difficulty of putting them on. I was very disappointed, but have found Uggs are usually very hard to put on. Between me, my husband and son, we have returned several styles due to the tightness at the top of the foot.

Other then the sizing that was a small problem they were comfortable

Like how they keep my feet warm. Downfall is that it's so difficult to get your foot in. Once it's on, it fits nicely. Just can't wait til they loosen up and are easy to put on. Fingers crossed.

They are nice looking, yes. Would I buy again? Not likely as to me Ugg stands for sheepskin on the inside of the boot, which this boot does not have. Not as plush as I was expecting from purchasing Ugg boots for many years. Too many companies using the Ugg name to sell boots that are not the standard you would find yrs ago. They are nice in some ways but not in all ways.

Runs big will order 8 from now on.

The quality of the material and fur is not the same the fur seems cheap and not as durable as it has been in times past.

Wear only around the house. Could use a little bit more cushion-but they don't hurt. Just not as cushioned as my other pair of Ugg's. The fur inside looks & feels different from other boots-not as warm as other matter, but their warm enough.

Would like to return.

The boots were purchased for a gift. The boots returned to California were in excellent condition, including the packaging. The replacement boots looked of a lesser quality and were covered with cardboard dust. The lid on the box was coming apart. These things are unexceptional, when giving a gift. It appears that the better shopping option is in store.

They are cute, cozy and comfortable. Don't like how where the it straps to the button the boot flops over. It didn't take long for that part to wear out.

Love our uggs! However the site should show the specific on how much tax it will cost to clear customs. Initially it seemed cheaper to order through this site but actually it would have been if i had gone to the shop myself in NZ to buy the same pair once the tax was added.

Using as indoor Slippers. Sadly, my ankles began itching shortly after beginning use. Saw Foot Doc who recommended the Uggs - and she suspects I may be allergic to the fur inside boot. It is GRAY in color. I have NOT worn barefoot; but with a sock. Not sure what to do at this point. Hardly worn; the itching is not worth continuing to wear. Stopped wearing six days ago; itching stopped 3 days ago. 12/28/2017

Its not as warm as the higher one

I would have given this 5 stars, but I don't like how the boot flapped and creased in the front.
