I have a pair of bailey button that I absolutely love so I ordered a pair of the mini bailey button 2 thinking they would fit the same. They don't! My heel slips up and down when I walk! Not acceptable. Returned

I didnt even use them.
Shipped them back for a refund because they were too big in size nine for my wide size 8 and a half.
Nice boots though.
Didnr want to bother exchanging because my feet looked like a sasquatchs.

This is my 4th pair of Uggs. Not impressed with the quality at all. I'm hoping that they last. They definitely don't feel worth the hefty price tag. Although they are comfortable to wear around the house. Seems more like a slipper than a shoe.

Very comfy and stylish. But the first day I wore them the button ripped off.
Same with a pair I bought a few years ago. Will never buy another pair of Bailey Buttons.

I will be returning these boots because they were delivered with quite a few white marks on them and I wouldn't feel comfortable trying to clean them off if I haven't worn them as of yet. Thanks

The color of the boots was not what I expected, they are supposed to be "black" and are very faded. Like grey.

I bought two pairs of UGG's this season and so very disappointed in both of their quality. Ugg is definitely not the same. I regret getting both pairs.

I recently bought these and the taller pair in camel, along with the care kit. Both pairs stained immediately while in dewey wet grass, even following the treatment. I tried to clean the stain using the cleaning product in the kit, and it made the stain worse. I love how they fit, feel, and look when new but now they look stained. These can only be worn in perfectly dry conditions and be careful not to even splash a little water on them or they will stain.

I purchased both my wife and daughter a pair of boots for Christmas and they loved them....except they could not enjoy them because they were mis-sized....even after following the ridiculous steps to figure out their sizes as you do not want to follow the sizing system that has been proven and set in stone for shoes and boots for years. Thankfully your customer service department was fantastic and we were able to return and re-order hassle free. My suggestion to get 5 stars....follow the standard shoe sizes for men and woman instead of trying to reinvent the wheel to make everyone happy.

The fit and size was ok but there was less padding in the bottom than I expected. I still wear the traditional short Ugg boots I bought more than 10 years ago. I thought I would get some new Uggs because the fur on the bottom is pretty compressed, but compared to these new boots, my old ones feel much more padded on the bottom. I checked on Ugg's site and they are using the same amount of fur in these boots as their current short boots so it doesn't matter that I didn't get the same style. There just isn't enough padding on the bottom for me. I can only assume they are making them differently now or maybe mine are not as stiff at the bottom because they are broken in but I shouldn't feel the hard floor more on the new ones than the old ones and I do. My love affair with Ugg is over. The new style also didn't look as attractive on as I thought they would.

My daughter is normally 9 1/2 so I ordered a 10 and she couldn't even put them on to try them. The opening was too small for her foot.

This particular pair had a large light spot on the top of the left foot. I tried to see if it was only a matter of moving the nap of the leather but no. It was too obvious for me to keep them so I returned them. I know some variation is expected. My current pair has some but not in one highly visible spot like these did. I'm going to buy another pair at a store where I can see them in person.

The sole is very rigid and the seam across the top of the foot is painfully binding, and digs into my foot. Because of these problems, the boots were uncomfortable to walk in, and not even comfortable while sitting.

I ordered a full size up but still struggled to slip these on easily, which was half of the point of buying this show for me. And to get them on, I had to tug and pull on the boot and the "fur" was easily ripped out every single time. Fur felt synthetic and cheap. Exterior was very beautiful though.
